Geachte mevrouw, geachte heer,
Betreft: Datasynchronisatie met Delhaize BeLux via GDSN (B2B) en trustbox (B2C)
De doelstelling om data van goede kwaliteit uit te wisselen dient het vertrekpunt te zijn om op een snelle en efficiënte manier handel te drijven.
Aangezien dit een algemeen gegeven is waar alle leveranciers en distributeurs mee worden geconfronteerd is het belangrijk hiervoor éénduidige en
algemeen aanvaarde processen en systemen te gebruiken.
Delhaize Belux wenst zich daarom achter de GS1 initiatieven te scharen om samen met zijn leveranciers gebruik te maken van oplossingen die u
toelaat om
op efficiënte en performante manier basis master data met ons uit te wisselen
tegemoet te komen aan de nieuwe EU Verordening 'Food Information to Consumer' (FIC) Nr. 1169/2011 die in voege gaat op 13/12 en
welke stipuleert dat een consument over alle informatie m.b.t. het product, zoals allergenen, nutritionele data, ingrediënten en claims
moet kunnen beschikken – vooraleer de effectieve aankoop plaatsvindt (e-commerce)
We volgen hierbij de akkoorden/adviezen van de werkgroep GS1 Belgilux en werken in lijn met de andere Belgische retailers.
Wat betekent dat concreet?
Alle B2B data dient a.d.h.v. het Belgilux datamodel via een gecertifieerde GS1 datapool uitgewisseld te worden.
U bent vandaag reeds aangesloten op een GS1 gecertificeerde datapool.
We willen graag jullie data ontvangen via onze lokale datapool en willen dan ook vragen om Uw productinformatie naar Delhaize te
publiceren. Dit kan publiek (voor alle retailers) of privaat naar het GLN van Delhaize.

Indien u nog niet bent aangesloten, hebt U de mogelijkheid om op 2 manieren met Delhaize data uit te wisselen:
- ofwel via GDSN wat de meest aanbevolen manier van communcaite is, zeker met het oog op het aanleveren van de data voor trustbox.
(zie B2C) U dient zo snel mogelijk contact op te nemen met een GS1 certified datapool provider . Dit kan via Uw lokale GS1 organisatie :

waar je dan de artikelfiche kan aanmaken en publiceren.

ga je ook in de portal van trustbox moeten encoderen.
We verwachten dat jullie klaar zijn tegen 01/10/2014.
Alle B2C data dient via trustbox uitgewisseld te worden. De bewuste B2C velden zijn ook opgenomen in het Belgilux datamodel dat hierboven
reeds werd aangehaald en kan dus ook via GDSN naar trustbox gepubliceerd worden. We willen dat al onze leveranciers klaar zijn uiterlijk tegen
13/12, bij het in voege gaan van de nieuwe regelgeving. De GLN van trustbox: 5488888001428. Voor meer informatie omtrent trustbox en/of het

Concerne: Synchronisation des données avec Delhaize Belux via GDSN (B2B) et trustbox (B2C)
L’échange de données de qualité est essentiel pour mener des activités commerciales de façon rapide et efficiente.
Etant donné qu’il s’agit d’une problématique générale à laquelle tous les fournisseurs et distributeurs sont confrontés, il importe dans ce cas
d’utiliser des procès et systèmes
clairs et unanimement acceptés.
Aussi Delhaize BeLux souhaite-t-elle se ranger derrière les initiatives du GS1, pour utiliser avec ses fournisseurs des solutions qui vous permettent
:
d’échanger avec nous des master data basiques de manière efficiente et performante,
de respecter le nouveau Règlement de l’UE 'Food Information to Consumer' (FIC) N° 1169/2011 qui stipule que le consommateur doit
pouvoir disposer de toutes les informations relatives au produit, telles que les allergènes, les données nutritionnelles, les ingrédients et
les affirmations – avant que la vente effective n’ait lieu (e-commerce).
Nous suivons à ce titre les accords/avis du groupe de travail GS1 Belgilux et travaillons en phase avec les autres distributeurs belges.
Qu’est-ce que cela signifie concrètement ?
Toutes les données B2B doivent être échangées au moyen du “Belgilux datamodel” via un pool de données certifié GS1.

Vous êtes déjà affilié à un pool de données certifié GS1, nous intégrons votre société à notre pool de données local pour
recevoir vos données et nous vous demandons de communiquer les informations du produit. Cette communication peut être
publique (pour tous les distributeurs) ou privée, vers le GLN de Delhaize.

Si vous n’êtes pas encore affilié, vous avez 2 possibilités pour échanger le master data des articles :
- via la GDSN: ce qui est la solution la plus recommandée, en particulier en vue de fournir les données trustbox.
Vous devez prendre contact le plus vite possible avec un prestataire qui offre un data pool certifié GS1 .

Object: Data Synchronization with Delhaize Belux via GDSN (B2B) and trustbox (B2C)
Quality data exchange is essential to operate rapidly and efficiently.
As it is a general issue, which all suppliers and retailers are confronted to, it is important to use clear and generally accepted process and systems.
Therefore Delhaize BeLux wants to comply with the GS1 initiatives, to use, together with its suppliers, solutions that enable you to:
exchange with us basic master data in an efficient and reliable way,
comply with the new EU Regulation 'Food Information to Consumer' (FIC) N° 1169/2011, which stipulates that consumers must have at
their disposal all information related to the product, such as allergens, nutritional data, ingredients and claims – before the effective
sale takes place (e-commerce).
We follow agreements / advices of the GS1 Belgilux working group and we work in line with the other Belgian retailers.
What does it mean concretely?
All B2B data must be exchanged through the “Belgiux datamodel” via a GS1 certified data pool.

You are already affiliated to a certified data pool, we integrate your company to our local data pool to receive your data and
we ask you to release the production information.
This release can be public (for all the retailers) or private, to the Delhaize GLN.

If you are not affiliated yet, you have two options to publish data towards Delhaize:
- via GDSN: you must contact a GS1 certified datapool provider as soon as possible. This can be your local GS1 organization:

can create and publish the article form.

We want to receive your data by 01/10/2014.
All B2C data must be exchanged via Trustbox. The concerned B2C fields are also included in the above mentioned “Belgilux datamodel” and can
therefore be communicated to the trustbox via GDSN.
All suppliers should align with the new EU Regulation 'Food Information to Consumer' (FIC) N° 1169/2011 and this before 13/12. The trustbox
