Protaras Holiday Villa PRNV4 Buena Vistasis a detached, luxurious, home-from-home holiday villa with a pool in a
fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is a 1minute walk away. This villa is also close to the Capo Bay Hotel, a popular wedding venue.
This cosy villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away.
Sleeping up to eight people, the villa is ideally suited for families.
Ground Floor:

First Floor:
* 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms) and 1 twin bedroom, 2 of which have side sea views (NB: One of the double
bedrooms is an attic room with steep stairs)

* Veranda with sun loungers, tables seating 8 persons and an umbrella. There are unblocked side sea views from
the veranda.
* Small (non-enclosed) garden which wraps around the villa

This property is close to the fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach, with its gently sloping fine sand and turquoise-coloured
water, which is just around the corner from the villa, an absolute paradise for beach lovers, families and
watersports enthusiasts.
The main Protaras strip is just a leisurely 7-minute walk away, with its abundance of restaurants, bars and shops
plus its lively nightlife (it also has 2 nightclubs). Water-skiing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, para-sailing, banana boat
rides, windsurfing, etc. as well as horse-riding are all available nearby.
Please note that although the villa is just 100 metres from the sea, due to the villas that have been built next to the
villa, our guests now need to walk about 200 metres to get into the sea.
