M. Mohammed M'SAAD a obtenu son diplôme d’ingénieur de l’Ecole
Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs où il est devenu maître assistant en septembre 1978.
Il a initié ses travaux de recherche au Laboratoire d'Electronique et d'Etude des
Systèmes Automatiques où il a préparé une thèse de l’Université Mohammed V
sur la commande adaptative des procédés industriels. En novembre 1982,
Mohammed M'SAAD rejoint le Laboratoire d'Automatique de Grenoble pour
préparer
une thèse d’état-es-sciences physiques de l’Institut National
Polytechnique de Grenoble qu’il a soutenue en avril 1987 sur les aspects fondamentaux de la
commande adaptative et son applicabilité. En avril 1982, il a obtenu un poste de Chargé de
Recherche au Centre National de Recherche Scientifique avec une affectation au Laboratoire
d’Automatique de Grenoble. En septembre 1996, Mohammed M'SAAD a obtenu un poste de
professeur à l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Caen où il a fondé un Laboratoire
d’Automatique de Procédés qui est devenue l’équipe d’automatique du GREYC UMR CNRS en janvier
2004. Ses activités de recherche ont été consacrées aux aspects fondamentaux, méthodologiques et
appliqués de l’identification, l’observation et la commande adaptative des systèmes. Il a de
nombreuses importantes responsabilités scientifiques et collectives, notamment la direction du
GREYC UMR CNRS de janvier 2012 à mars 2016.
M. Iyad Dayoub is Professor of Communications Engineering; He has been awarded
BEng (Telecommunications & Electronics) in 1993. He received the M.A.Sc degree in
Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine (INPL), and a
PhD in 2001 from the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology
(IEMN), Valenciennes University. He has worked as a system Engineer with Siemens
(Middle East) and as a Researcher with Alcatel Business Systems Alcatel, Colombes
(Paris).His current research activities at the IEMN are focused on Wireless
Communications, High-Speed Communications, Cognitive Radio, and Hybrid Radio- Optic
Technologies. He was (2007-2014) a member of the National Council of Universities (CNU, France) in
the area of Electrical engineering, electronics, photonics and systems, and Adjunct Professor in
Concordia University, Montreal (2010-2014). He is IEEE Senior member, and member of several
International Conference Advisory Committees, Technical Program Committees and Organization
Committees such as VTC, GLOBECOM, ICC, PIMRC, WWC, etc.
M. Bertrand Revol est né le 11 Juin 1976 en France. Il a obtenu son diplôme de
d'ingénieur de l’ENSIEG de l'INPG (Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble) en Juin
2000. Depuis Novembre 2003, il est titulaire d'un doctorat de génie électrique de
l'Université Joseph Fourier portant sur la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) en
électronique de puissance. Depuis Septembre 2004, il est maître de conférences à
l'Ecole normale supérieure Paris-Saclay (ex. ENS Cachan). Ses principaux domaines de recherche
portent sur la modélisation des structures et des composants pour la compatibilité
électromagnétique des convertisseurs électroniques de puissance. Il mène ses recherches au
laboratoire de SATIE UMR 8029 et travaille actuellement sur des questions liées aux interférences
électromagnétiques et à la modélisation pour l'optimisation et l'intégration en électronique de
puissance.
M. Abdesslem Djerdirest né le 05/08/1969 et a reçu le diplôme d’ingénieur en génie
électrique de l'Institut national d’électrotechnique de Bejaïa, Algérie, en 1993 et le
diplôme de doctorat en génie électrique de l'Université de Franche Comté Belfort,
France, en 1999. Il est actuellement maître de conférences à l'Université de
Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard (UTBM), France. Il est habilité à diriger les
recherches scientifiques depuis Décembre 2007. Ses domaines de recherche
comprennent la modélisation et la conception de systèmes de véhicules électriques et à piles à
combustible (machines électriques, dispositifs de stockage d'énergie, et des convertisseurs de
puissance). Il développe ses principales activités de recherche sur la disponibilité et la haute
efficacité des chaines de traction électriques pour des applications de transport en combinant des
approches expérimentales et théoriques. Dans ce contexte, il a été le référent véhicule du projet
européen Mobypost (http://mobypost-project.eu) où 10 véhicules à combustible ont été construits
et testés. Depuis Décembre 2014, il est directeur du département Énergie de l’UTBM.
M. Omar Elkedim a obtenu son doctorat en science des matériaux à l’Université de
Technologie de Compiègne (France) en 1987 et a soutenu une habilitation à diriger
des recherches à l’Université de Haute Alsace (Mulhouse, France) en 1997. Il a été
nommé maître de conférences à l’Université de Technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard
en 1990. Il effectue ses recherches au département MN2S de l’institut FEMTO-ST. Ses
activités de recherche concernent l’élaboration et la caractérisation des propriétés physicochimiques de nanomatériaux obtenus par mécanosynthèse. Récemment, il s’est intéressé à la
caractérisation des propriétés de stockage solide de l’hydrogène au sein de la fédération de
recherche FC-Lab (Fuel Cell-Laboratory). Il est auteur ou co-auteur de 75 publications nationales ou
internationales dans des revues à comité de lecture et il a participé à 120 conférences nationales ou
internationales.
