CHARTS
To ensure fluent traffic flow on both the ground and in the air we’d like to urge all pilots to
have the most recent charts on board!
For the most recent charts check our website on http://ivao.be/content/belgium-charts
In order to shorten taxi instructions ATC uses the names INNERS and OUTERS to designate
the taxiways. The INNERS are all taxiways displayed as INN- on the charts and OUTERS are all
taxiways displayed as OUT-
AIRPORT OVERVIEW
Below you will find an image on where various flights are parked at Brussels National. We
would like to ask you to take a look at the briefing in order to ensure smooth traffic flow on
ground.
Departing flights: please use the gate you were assigned during flight booking. If your gate is
not available in the scenery park yourself on the correct apron as below.

FLIGHTS DEPARTING FROM APRON 2
Aircraft of wake turbulence category Heavy or more can expect to get taxi instructions to
holding platform P3 if runway 25R is in use for departure. Below you will find an image to
demonstrate these taxi procedures.

CARGO FLIGHTS
If runways 25R and 25L are in use cargo flights will be assigned runway 25R for landing. DHL
group flights are asked to vacate the runway to the left, all other cargo flights will be asked to
vacate at the right via A6 or A7.
