Chidinma is focusing her practice on commercial litigation, regulatory law and arbitration, with an emphasis on energy, natural resources, environmental, and municipal law. She acts for and advises clients in these areas, and has experience in regulatory hearings before the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board, Alberta Utilities Commission, Calgary Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, as well as proceedings at the Alberta Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
