ACCOMMODATION
4 hotel sponsors have been chosen by the Comité Nord de Judo for the 8th competition: 3
CAMPANILE hotels and 1 KYRIAD hotel, which represent about 250 potential rooms for the
organization.
The same tariff policy is proposed for the 4 hotels.
Except Masters’ Night on Saturday evening, meals will not be proposed at the KYRIAD
hotel; meals will be possible at the Villeneuve d’Ascq CAMPANILE hotel which is 5
minutes away on foot.
The Masters’ Night will be held in the KYRIAD hotel on Saturday night, from 9pm to 2am.
Masters are totally free to choose their hotel, but the organizers would appreciate it if they chose our
hotel sponsors.





A shuttle service may be organized between some hotel sponsors and the competition area, or
for the Masters’ Night.

To book your rooms or meals in one of the 4 hotel sponsors, you need to deal directly with the
COMITE NORD DE JUDO by using the BOOKING FORM on page 2.
NO BOOKING WILL BE REGISTERED IF IT IS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT,
BY CHEQUE MADE OUT TO THE COMITE NORD DE JUDO OR BANK TRANSFER,
DEADLINE 20th JANUARY 2016
The cancelling conditions imposed by the LOUVRE HOTELS Company on the Comité Nord de Judo
will be applied.
