We would like to invite all community members to the Christmas Brunch with Santa which will be taking place at
Ratihen:te High School gym Saturday December 10th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Santa will have gifts for band registered/First
Nation members permanently residing in Kanesatake (Oka) from ages 0 to 12 years old. YOUR CHILD MUST BE IN
ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT TO RECEIVE A GIFT. TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD PLEASE CALL 450-479-8373 EXT. 101
BEFORE THURSDAY DECEMBER 8, 2016. PLEASE LEAVE THE NAME OF YOUR CHILD AND THEIR AGE, IF YOU DO NOT
REGISTER….. ELVES WILL ONLY HAVE PRESENTS DELIVERED FROM SANTA FOR CHILDREN ON THE LIST.
If your child is not registered on our band list but is aboriginal, please contact us at the number above.
Nous aimerions inviter tous les membres de la communauté au Brunch avec le Père Noël qui aura lieu samedi, le 10
décembre 2016 à 11h00 au gymnase de l’école secondaire Ratihen:te. Le Père Noël aura des cadeaux pour les membres
enregistrés/membres des Premières Nations qui demeurent en permanence à Kanesatake (Oka) âgé de 0 à 12 ans.
VOTRE ENFANT DOIT ÊTRE PRÉSENT POUR AVOIR UN CADEAU. ENREGISTREZ-LE AVANT JEUDI LE 8 DÉCEMBRE AU 450479-8373 POSTE 101. LAISSEZ SON NOM ET SON ÂGE… CETTE ANNÉE LES LUTINS N’AURONT DES CADEAUX QUE POUR
LES ENFANTS SUR LA LISTE DU PÈRE NOËL. Si votre enfant n’est pas inscrit sur notre liste de bande mais est
autochtone, veuillez nous contacter au numéro ci-haut avant jeudi le 8 décembre, 2016.
Notice for all who receive a Christmas Basket: This year we are asking community members to pick up their Basket at
Public Works (Garage next to MCK). If you are not able to pick it up please send a family member or friend with the form
filled out below.
YOUR BASKET WILL BE AVAILABLE WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 21st, 2016 ONLY:
BETWEEN 9 A.M. AND 3 P.M. SINCE THERE ARE PERISHABLE ITEMS.
***To confirm that you are eligible to receive a basket, please call the receptionist at
the Mohawk Council Office @ 450-479-8373 ext. 101***
Avis à tous ceux qui reçoivent un panier de Noël : Cette année, nous demandons aux membres de la Communauté de
ramasser leur panier à l’édifice des travaux public (Situé à côté du Conseil Mohawk). Si vous n'êtes pas en mesure de le
ramasser s’il vous plaît envoyer un membre de la famille ou un ami avec le formulaire rempli ci-dessous.
VOTRE PANIER SERA DISPONIBLE LE MERCREDI 21 DÉCEMBRE 2016 UNIQUEMENT :
ENTRE 9:00 ET 15:00 HEURES PARCE QU’IL S’Y TROUVE DES ARTICLES PÉRISSABLES.
