Robert Weir is partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. He practises
in the area of labour relations, employment law, and education law. Robert appears
before the courts and a variety of administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights
Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, on matters related to
unionized and non-unionized employees. Robert also appears in the Ontario Superior
Court on wrongful dismissal actions, injunction and judicial review proceedings.
