Iona Academy News (613-347-3518): The Faith and Mission Club enjoyed a wonderful celebration of the Last Supper on Holy
Thursday that helped us all to learn about the gift of the Eucharist, serving others and the Passover which Jesus was celebrating
with his apostles. This week, we have made a lovely Easter basket from the wheat we planted during Lent, which is a wonderful
reminder of the gift of new life we have through Jesus’ resurrection. We plan on continuing to learn about more Easter symbols
during the upcoming week.
