Notes:
1.
The recovery of housing loan will start not later than 18 months from the date of first disbursement or

It has been decided before examining the case in Corporate Office: respective circle office may
also obtain rates for the treatments where CGHS has not prescribed rates from other empanelled
hospitals and reputed hospitals in the circle and forward it to Corporate Office for examination. It
has also been decided to obtain rates from Metro cities, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Summary of
the cases referred to Corporate Office is enclosed for obtaining rates from empanelled and reputed
hospitals and forward it to Corporate Office for examining the case in detail and to arrive at a definitive conclusion.

It is to be informed that the Management committee has decided to modify the Policy for provision
of Concessional Broadband connection to below JAG level BSNL employees at their residence as
follows:"BSNL employees below JAG level may be given the option to take concessional broadband plans
as below:

Since presently 60% discount on rental is being offered on the residential broadband connection (under limited plan of Rs. 250/-) to BSNL employees below JAG level, the same discount
(60% on rental) may be offered in BB Home UL 499 plan (256 Kbps unlimited, monthly rental
Rs. 499/-), or in any other plan as opted by any BSNL employee below JAG level in BSNL
area subject to a maximum limit of Rs. 300/- per month, (for example a rebate of Rs. 240/- in
a plan for which monthly rental is Rs. 400/-)
(b)
Concessional broadband connection to BSNL employees in MTNL area may be allowed under any tariff plan chosen by the individual and the concession will be restricted of monetary
equivalent of the concession Rs. 150/- pm only as per the existing scheme.

All other charges including charges for modem etc. will be borne by the employee."

For fresh empanelment of private hospitals CGHS has issued various guidelines. CGHS has now made
NABH/NABL accreditation mandatory for hospitals and diagnostic centers for empanelment under CGHS. It
has also categorized hospitals in three categories Copies of 'he orders issued by CGHS are enclosed for and
reference and guidance for more information on NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) and NABL
(National Accreditation Board for Laboratories, the internet sites of these organizations (www.ocin.org/nabl)
and www.quin.org/napl) may be visited.
Fresh rates have now been notified by CGHS for different cities which can be downloaded from CGHS
site (http://mohfw.nic.in/cghsnew/index.asp), now different rates have been notified for different categories
of hospitals i.e., with/without NABH accreditation and super specialty hospitals the guidelines may be followed accordingly.
