------------------------------------In 80% of case, endometrioma is associated with deep endometriosis. Surgical treatment of endometrioma is
controversial in part by the aggressiveness of the classic cystectomy. Actually the use of conservative treatment by
plasmajet vaporisation seems to bring a new deal to avoid ovary failure. In the same way for rectovaginal nodule
different approachs exist: non conservative by rectal excision or conservative by rectal shaving. Depending of location,
infiltration, and previous surgery a conservative treatment must be proposed in majority of cases. This video shows one
of the methods to perform endometrioma vaporisation and rectal shaving for deep rectovaginal nodule of endometriosis
by laparoscopy using plasmajet device for maximum conservative treatment.
