Dear Fordist friends,
This year 2016, our 19th international Ford Model T rally will let you discover Burgundy wineyards from
Friday 24 to Sunday 26 June.
We’ll start
from Beaune, where we’ll have leisure to admire the architectural heritage, then we’ll
discover the route des grands crus, the cliffs of Saint Romain, the vestiges of the Nationale 6, without
forgetting tastings, essential in theses places.
The cost of the rally is 500.00 € for a car and two participants, including the hotel accomodation on Friday
and Saturday as well as the meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch.
If you wish to organize your own accomodation, (ex : camping-car, gîte …etc.), please make it clear on your
application form.
Beaune being very touristic, we have to book a long time in advance, therefore the deadline for returning the
application forms, with a deposit of 200.00 €, is 15 January.
Please don’t wait until the last minute to send yours !
In May, you will receive a confirmation with details of the balance outstanding, and the instructions to join us.
The number of Model Ts should not be over 75 !

Friday 24 June :
Reception of participants from 2 pm on the parking of “ palais des congrès“ in Beaune.
Visit of “la Veuve Ambal“ with tasting
Little journey in the Visiotrain.
Two hôtels B§B have been booked near the parking of Palais des Congrès.
Dinner on site in “La ferme aux vins“
Saturday 25 June.
Departure from Beaune to Santenay throughout the wineyards for a discovery of local productions. Some
nostalgia driving on the former Nationale 6 as far as the highest place: Bel Air where we’ll have lunch.
Back to Beaune throughout the Hautes Côtes.
Visit of the Hospices.
Dinner under the Halles.
Sunday 26 June. .
Visit of the castle of Savigny and then touristic circuit as far as Pernand Vergelesses.
Lunch.
Around 4 pm, back to the parking of the Palais des Congrès and end of the organisation.

receive the final programme and the instructions to join us.
Responsibility discharge
The 19th International Ford Model T Concentration that will take place on 24, 25 and 26 June 2016, is
a vintage car event meant to allow Ford Model T enthusiasts to join a tour in a popular place of
interest.
There is no matter of speed, or time-trial ; it only consists of sightseeing and discovery. Therefore, it
is up to the car owner taking part in that event to insure his (her) vehicle and make sure that his own
responsibilities towards third parties or him(her)self are covered. By signing the present document, he
states that he discharges the organizers of any responsibility resulting from the use of his (her)
vehicle for any corporal or material damage caused to third parties or him(her)self in any conditions.
Besides, he gives the organizers permission to use pictures of his (her) car or him(her)self freely
within the event.
