Ancienne maison de l'écrivain Hector Malot, cette vaste demeure
familiale de 1811 vous offre un parc arboré d'un hectare. Charme et
espace pour ce grand gîte qui constituera un point de départ idéal
vers les hauts lieux touristiques de la région (abbayes, châteaux,
vallée de Seine…). Ce gîte est proche du gîte 711 qui peut accueillir
5 personnes.
This gite is the ancient house of the writer Hector Malot. This vast family
house dated from 1811 offers you a park of 10000 m². Charm and area for
this gite which is the ideal place to visit places of interest of the Normandie
(abbeys, castles, valley of the Seine, Rouen).
The gîte is near the gîte n°711 which can welcome 5 persons.

- A BOURGTHEROULDE, prendre direction BOURG
ACHARD. Prendre à droite vers BOSC BENARD COMMIN. Au
stop, aller en face (rue Hector Malot), le gîte se trouve sur la
gauche. -Dos à l'église de Bosc Bénard Commin, prendre à gauche
et poursuivre tout droit sur 350 m : entrée du gîte sur la droite.

-From the motorway 13 exit "maison brûlée".
-In BOURTHEROULDE, go to BOURG ACHARD. Then, on the
right to BOSC BENARD COMMIN. To the stop sign, go straight (street
Hector Malot). The gîte is on the left.
-Backs to the church of Bosc Bénard Commin, take on the left and follow
straight during 350m entrance of the gite on the right.

Sheets rental: (6€/single bed and 8€/double bed) and towels rental by request
(6€/person). Cleaning charges by request : 60€.
Price for the week of Christmas is the same as the New year's week.
