I N T R O D U C T I O N
INTRODUCTION
Les zones relatives à l’implantation de
parcs éoliens offshore en France, objet du premier appel
d’offres d’une puissance de 3 000 MW, ont été définies.
L’installation de ces éoliennes est ainsi une réelle opportunité pour développer en Bretagne une nouvelle filière industrielle qui pourra s’appuyer sur les
compétences reconnues depuis de nombreuses années dans la filière navale.
L’activité industrielle correspondante concernera un nombre important
d’entreprises, notamment dans les espaces portuaires où des investissements importants seront réalisés.
Bretagne Développement Innovation, les Chambres de Commerce et
d’Industrie de la région, le Pôle Mer Bretagne et Bretagne Pôle Naval pilotent
les actions de développement de cette nouvelle filière industrielle du secteur
des énergies marines renouvelables. Ces actions permettront de consolider
une offre régionale de qualité répondant aux besoins industriels des donneurs d’ordre.
Les industriels régionaux regroupent toutes les compétences et les savoirfaire dans les métiers de cette filière avec une centaine d’entreprises, filiales
ou établissements de grands groupes industriels, ou PME performantes et
innovantes. Ces entreprises, représentant près de 10 000 salariés, présentes
sur le secteur naval et de l’énergie sont des chantiers navals, des sociétés
d’ingénierie, des réalisateurs de travaux par spécialités (notamment dans
la mécanique, la construction métallique, l’électricité, l’électronique), des
fournisseurs d’équipements ou de systèmes, et des prestataires de services
notamment dans la logistique, le transport, la manutention, la formation,
ou les interventions en mer.
Cet annuaire explicite les compétences de ces entreprises et leur offre de
produits et de services. Il permettra aux donneurs d’ordre d’identifier en
Bretagne les entreprises qui, dans la chaine de valeur, seront leurs partenaires, fournisseurs, prestataires ou sous-traitants pour la préparation et
la réalisation, puis l’exploitation et la maintenance des ces parcs éoliens
offshore. Les entreprises adhérentes de Bretagne Pôle Naval sont signalées
par le logo

INTRODUCTION
Areas for settlement of offshore wind
farms in France, subject of the first tender for a power
of 3000 MW have been identified.
The installation of these turbines is a real opportunity to develop in Brittany
a new industrial supply chain that relies on the expertise recognized for
many years in the shipbuilding industry. The corresponding industrial
activity concerns a significant number of firms, especially in port areas
where significant investments are made.
Bretagne Developpement Innovation (Innovation and Economic Developpement of French Brittany), the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the
region, the Pôle Mer Bretagne (Cluster of Competitiveness in Brittany) and
Bretagne Pôle Naval, drive the development efforts of this new industrial supply chain for marine renewable energy. These actions will help to consolidate
a high quality regional supply that meets the owners’ industrial needs.
The regional industrialists combine all the skills and expertise in this industry
with hundreds of companies, institutions or subsidiaries of major industrial
groups, or performing and innovative SMEs. These companies, representing
nearly 10,000 employees, present on the shipbuilding and energy industries
are the shipyards, engineering companies, work operators by specialty
(including mechanics, metal construction, electricity , electronics), suppliers
of equipment or systems, and providers of services including logistics,
transportation, handling, training, or operations at sea.
This directory clarifies the skills of these companies and their supply of
products and services. It will allow owners to identify companies in Brittany,
in the value chain, that will be their partners, suppliers, contractors or subcontractors for the preparation and implementation, and for operation
and maintenance of these offshore wind farms. Companies members of
Bretagne Pole Naval are marked with the logo
