owned by a non-governmental
organisation or private entity that is
subsidised by the Government through
an Agreement subjecting the facility to
the
standards
and
operational
procedures of a public healthcare
facility.

services complementary to those
provided at the lower levels of the
healthcare.

curative, rehabilitative and palliative
healthcare services to humans, or
contributing to the diagnosis of
diseases and recognized as such by a
competent public authority.
