La France souhaite vous donner des informations officielles sur l'organisation du
championnat du monde de racing 2016 à Toulouse :
- une licence est imposée par la Société Centrale Canine (SCC) pour toutes les
disciplines canines dans le cadre d'épreuves nationales ou internationales.
La licence pour les lévriers est un peu moins chère que pour les autres disciplines
de travail et elle inclut une assurance RC pour tous les chiens inscrits sur la
licence et une assurance dommage pour le premier chien inscrit, (3€ pour les
autres en option).
France would like to provide you with official information on the organisation of
the world racing championship 2016 in Toulouse:
- a licence is required by the Société Centrale Canine (SCC) for all canine
disciplines in the context of national or international events.
The licence for sighthounds is a little less expensive than for the other working
disciplines and includes third party insurance for all dogs entered on the
licence and damage insurance for the first dog entered, (3€ for the others as
an option).
Frankreich möchte Ihnen offizielle Informationen über die Organisation der WMRennen im Jahre 2016 in Toulouse geben:
- Eine Lizenz wird durch die Société Centrale Canine (SCC) für alle HundeDisziplinen, im Rahmen nationaler oder internationaler Veranstaltungen,
auferlegt.
Die Lizenz für Windhunde ist weniger teuer als andere Disziplinen und enthält
eine Haftpflichtversicherung für alle Hunde, auf der Lizenz verzeichnet, und
eine Unfallversicherung für den ersten registrierten Hund (3 € für die Anderen
als Optionen).
Pour le Championnat du Monde Racing 2016 à Toulouse, la SCC a donné une
dérogation à l'ensemble des participants (sauf pour les Français) et uniquement
pour cette épreuve.
Les délégations étrangères qui participeront à cette manifestation canine seront
donc exonérées de frais de licence.
For the World Racing Championship 2016 in Toulouse, the SCC has given an
exemption to all participants (except for the French) and only for that event.
The foreign delegations who will be taking part in this event will therefore be
exempted from licence fees.
Für die WM-Rennen 2016 in Toulouse hat die SCC eine Ausnahmeregelung für
alle Teilnehmer (mit Ausnahme der Franzosen) erteilt, und nur für diese
Veranstaltung.

Die ausländischen Delegationen, die an dieser Veranstaltung teilnehmen werden,
sind daher von den Lizenzgebühren befreit.
- la France respectera le règlement international de racing envoyé à l'ensemble
des délégués de la CDL le 17 décembre 2015 par le président Hubert Iser, et
notamment l'article 1.5.3.
- France will comply with the international racing regulations sent to all CDL
delegates on 17 December 2015 by the president, Hubert Iser, and in particular
article 1.5.3.
- Frankreich wird die internationale Racingvorschrifte, und unter anderem den
Artikel 1.5.3, die an alle Delegierten des CDL am 17. Dezember 2015 von
Präsident Hubert Iser geschickt wurden, respektieren.
1.5.3 Manifestations supplémentaires
Pour les lévriers dont la taille dépasse celles mentionnées à l’article 1.4.2, il
appartient aux organisations canines nationales de trouver une solution leur
permettant de participer à des manifestations propres aux lévriers.
Une course amicale peut être organisée pour ces chiens dans le cadre du
Championnat du Monde ou d’Europe.
Le vainqueur de cette course amicale obtiendra le titre de “Champion Sprinter de
la CDL 2XXX (année)”.
La taille maximale pour un Whippet-Sprinter est limitée à 5 cm au-delà
de la taille maximale du Whippet reprise dans le standard FCI n°162.
La taille maximale pour un PLI-Sprinter est limitée à 3 cm au-delà de la
taille maximale du PLI reprise dans le standard FCI N° 200.
Additional Sighthound events 1.5.3
For dogs exceeding the size stated under 1.4.2, a solution must be found at
National Organization level to permit these dogs to participate in Sighthound
events.
A friendly race can be organized for these dogs at the World or European
Championship. The Winner of this friendly race obtains the title of “CDL Sprinter
Champion 2XXX (year)”.
The maximum height of a Whippet - Sprinter is limited to 5 cm above the
maximum height of the Whippets provided by the FCI standard nr.162.
The maximum height of an Italian Greyhound - Sprinter is limited to 3
cm above the maximum height of the Italian Greyhounds provided by
the FCI standard nr. 200.

Chaque nation a donc un choix, et l'organisation de cette "amicale" n'a aucun
caractère obligatoire. Aussi, La France n'organisera pas d'amicale "Sprinter" dans
le cadre du Championnat du Monde Racing 2016.

Each country therefore has a choice, and the organisation of this "friendly" event
is not in any way compulsory. Also, France will not be organising a "Sprinter"
friendly event in the context of the World Racing Championship 2016.

Jede Nation hat daher ein Wahl, und die Organisation dieser "amicale" ist nicht

Conformément à l'article 1.2 le port de la muselière pour les petits lévriers
Italiens n'a pas un caractère obligatoire pour notre nation. J'espère que ce mail

In accordance with article 1.2, it is not compulsory in our country for Italian
greyhounds to wear a muzzle.
Gemäß Artikel 1.2 ist das Tragen des Maulkorbes für das italienische Windspiel
und für unsere Nation nicht bindend.
1.2 Protection des animaux
La sécurité et la santé des animaux doivent être la préoccupation permanente
pour les officiels et les participants pendant toute épreuve de course ou de
coursing.
La notion de protection de l’animal est permanente. Pour cette raison le
propriétaire d'un chien engagé en course est libre à tout moment de retirer son
chien de la course ou du coursing.
A la demande du vétérinaire sur place, le jury doit exclure un chien de la course
ou du coursing si la santé de ce chien semble en danger.
Le port de la muselière est obligatoire pour toutes les races, sauf pour les Petits
Lévriers Italiens pour lesquels l’organisation canine nationale décide si
l’utilisation est obligatoire ou non.
Protection of animals 1.2
The safety and health of the animals must always guide all officials and
participants during racing and lure coursing events.
The notion of the animal’s protection must always be observed. Consequently,
the owner of a dog is always free to withdraw his dog from the racing or lure
coursing event.
If the veterinary surgeon so requests, the officials must exclude a dog from
continuing the race/course if the dog’s health is endangered.
The use of a muzzle is compulsory for all breeds, except for Italian Greyhounds
where the National Organization decides if the use is compulsory or not.
