Je relaye une question posée par un visiteur sur mon blog et pour laquelle je n'ai pas la réponse :
Une petite question concernant la domiciliation en Belgique quand on n'a plus d'habitation "fixe": comment avez-vous

Bonjour,
Cette question se trouve être la première de mon mémoire, pourtant je suis incapable d'y répondre clairement.
Cependant j'ai contacté le service de la population de la ville de Bruxelles (02 279 22 11)afin de prendre connaissance
de la procédure type à suivre.
il m a été conseillé, de pendre contacte avec la capitainerie d'un port de plaisance situé, en l'occurrence, dans
l'arrondissement de bruxelles afin que ceux-ci leur certifie que mon "logement" se situe bien à cette endroit.
Pour la petite histoire, j'ai donc contacté la capitainerie du port de bruxelles qui malheureusement ne s'occupe plus de la
gestion du port de plaisance, j'ai donc été redirigé vers la société DASHE (0478 28 42 19)qui est, semble t il, le
gestionnaire du port de plaisance d'anderlecht.
Il semblerait donc, après un court entretien téléphonique, qu'il faille effectivement signaler à la commune l'emplacement
où se situe le bateau et que la ville de bruxelles serait alors le lieu du domicile.
Pour faire simple on serait domicilié directement à la commune!!!
Par contre après un entretiens avec le service de la population de la commune de Molenbeek, il semblerait qu'il est tout à
fait possible de se domicilier chez un ami ou de la famille (avec son accord bien entendu).
J'ai bien l'impression que la législation sur point n'est pas très claire!!!
