TO: All Grands with Loco’s
If your Loco will be at Promenade Nationale, please let the National Secretaire /Treasurer Box
Car know by 1 July of the current year so that a plate of recognition, for you to place in your
Loco, can be made. Any Loco not registered by 1 July will not receive a plate for their Loco, but
will still be eligible for other awards.
