Heel products are easy to use and gently activate the body’s self-healing
powers, as intended by nature and requested by health care professionals
and patients around the world.

We are committed to provide health care professionals and retailers with the
best possible service for their daily needs. We are pleased to serve you from
8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Thursday and
8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday. Delivery will take
place 24 to 48 hours across Canada, after the order has been placed.
We will follow-up on any products that may be back-ordered and will forward
them free of shipping charges, as soon as they become available.
All claims must be made within ten (10) days following receipt of merchandise
and will be credited after final authorization from Heel Canada Inc.
• SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
- All orders of $250 and over will be shipped free of charge
- All orders under $250 are subject to a handling fee of $12
- The minimum order is $75 (no minimum required for the first order)
• PAYMENT TERMS
- 1.5% off within 10 days (cheque or cash payments only), net 30 days
after credit approval
- Prices quoted are subject to GST and provincial taxes (where applicable)
- A monthly administration fee of 1.5% will be applied to past due accounts
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted
• RETURN POLICY
All returns must be pre-authorized by your Heel Canada internal
sales representative
• Order error or damaged during transport
- All claims must be made within ten (10) days from receipt of merchandise
- After 10 days, a 30% restocking fee will be applied
• Expired products
- No returns will be accepted on products expired for more than 6 months
- 30% restocking fee will be applied

Nous nous engageons à procurer aux professionnels et aux détaillants de la
santé un service adapté à leurs besoins quotidiens. C’est pour nous un plaisir
de vous servir de 8 h 00 à 17 h 30 (heure normale de l’Est) du lundi au jeudi
et de 8 h 00 à 15 h 30 (heure normale de l’Est) le vendredi. La livraison se
fera dans les 24 à 48 heures suivant la commande, partout au Canada.
Toutes les commandes de produits en rupture de stock seront livrées sans frais
de transport dès leur disponibilité.
Toute réclamation doit être faite dans les dix (10) jours suivant la date de
réception de la marchandise et un crédit sera émis suivant l’autorisation
de retour par Heel Canada Inc.
