From 23 September to 7 October inclusive the public will be able to view at the Mairie of
Saint-Pardoux la Croisille a request by RAZ Energie 8 for a land clearance authorisaton with a
view to installing a wind turbine project. “Anyone is free to enter their comments into a
register placed at the Mairie”. Those who cannot be there in person can send a registered
leter to the Mairie (“avec accusé de récepton”) statng their views. Opening hours: 9am to
mid-day and 2pm to 5pm on Tuesdays and Fridays; from 10am to mid-day on Saturdays.

WICKERWORK - RUSH SEATING - BASKET WORK
To revive and renew all kinds of caned chairs and armchairs and to
fnd many objects made of traditonal wickerwork (natural fbres
sourced locally and in the wild)

A Recipe by Stéphane C. : La Roche Basse Flower Tart
Ingredients (serves 4 – 6) : 1 shortcrust pastry, 4 tablespoons of moutarde à l’ancienne, 3 orange
carrots, 3 yellow carrots, 3 courgetes, 3 slices of raw ham, olive oil, 50g grated gruyère, salt and pepper.
Preparaton : pre-heat the oven (180C - th.6). Roll out the pastry and place in a butered and foured
pastry case. Prick with a fork and bake for 10 mins. Let the pastry cool down. Spread mustard on the
pastry and scater the grated cheese on top. Peel the carrots, wash the courgetes then slice thinly
lengthways with a vegetable peeler. Slice the ham into strips of similar width. Place a tghtly-rolled carrot
or courgete in the middle then develop the fower from the centre outwards, alternatng the slices of
vegetables and ham. Brush the vegetables with oil then add salt and pepper. Place in the oven and bake
for 30 to 40 mins untl the vegetables are cooked and the pastry is light brown..
