REGISTRATION GUIDELINES: Registration takes place at our office or at the CSL Department of Parks and Recreation, 7500 Mackle rd. during standard business hours. You can also
send in your registration with a check or money-order by post mail. When filling out the registration form do not forget to include Annual Registration fee, paid once annually: $25.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: We accept registrations for the full academic year only. The following payment options are available. Group lessons can be paid by a maximum of 4
post-dated checks per year. Individual lessons can be paid by 6 post-dated checks per year. When registering for group or individual lessons, additional group lesson(s) are at 10% & 15%
discount. Sibling discounts apply. Individual lessons are NOT subject to discounts! Academy allows one re-scheduling of a missed instrumental lesson per session. A replacement class
must be scheduled for the make-up week, which takes place at the conclusion of each semester. Please consult our Regulations & Guidelines and Program of Classes for further
