We are very pleased to welcome you for the next INTERNATIONAL BEAUJOLAIS
MARATHON. Regarding to your accommodation, several options are open:
1- Our partner FRENCH FLAIR travel agency have a stock of hotel rooms in the
city centre of Villefranche, in 2, 3 and 4-star categories. Av ailabilities are limited
and require a pre-booking as soon as possible. (see page 2)
2- You will also find a list of other accommodations (non exhaustive list), you can
contact them directly (see page 3).
3- And at least, if hotels in the list does not correspond to your request or are
already fully booked, and that you do not want to search another one by yourself,
FRENCH FLAIR can be in charge of your booking in other hotels, guest house or

Payment : The full payment is due upon booking. Hotel’s name will be given only after booking confirmation.
Cancellation by the client: Until 30 days before the arrival : 30% fees ; Between 30 and 16 days before arrival: 50% fees ; Between 15 and 3 days
before arrival: 75% fees; Less than 3 days before arrival : 100% fees - Individual cancellation by participants : Individual cancellation by participants

When French Flair receives this document with your payment of Tailor-made quote fees mentioned, we study your request
in order to suggest you an appropriate accommodation.
If French Flair is not able to suggest you any accommodation because there is no accommodation available, the agency
may inform you within 7 days and Tailor-made quote fees are refunded.
In contrary, Tailor-made quote fees are charged when a quote is sent (maximum delay of 7 days), even if you do not want to
confirm the accommodation suggested. Booking payment and cancellation conditions will be detailed on the quote.
