ACADEMIC ORIENTATION for incoming exchange and
visiting students
The orientation will be held on February 14, 2014 in Jinonice . The schedule is as follows:
- Students registration at the FHS
- How to designe a study plan?
- Registration to courses guidelines
- On-line Student Information System (the SIS) (course catalogue; schedule information; registration
to courses etc.)
- Library and the Jinonice facilities tour
- Papework (Certificates of Arrival to be signed by the International Office)

Erasmus Master Mundus programme EuroPhilosophie, realized by the Faculty of Humanities,
Charles Univertity in Prague, has launched a new website on which you will find information
on study, contacts, news etc. (the site is available in French).
Erasmus Master Mundus programme „German and French Philosophy in European Context
(EuroPhilosophie) offers to student from all over the world a two year master programme in German
and French languages. The programme specializes in classical German philosophy, phenomenology
and contemporary French philosophy and their mutual influence in the intellectual and cultural
European territory. The programme is realized by a consortium of partner universities: Université de
Toulouse II – Le Mirail (coordinating university), Bonn, Universidade de Coimbra, Hosei university in
Tokio, Université Catholique de Louvain, University of Memphis, Charles University in Prague, Sao
Carlos in Brazil, Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
Le programme Master Erasmus Mundus “Philosophies allemande et française dans l’espace
européen” (EuroPhilosophie) offre aux étudiants du monde entier un programme de master de
deux ans enseigné en allemand et en français qui est centré a la philosophie allemande classique,
la phénoménologie et la philosophie française contemporaine et leurs influences mutuelles dans
l’espace européen intellectuel et culturel. Le programme est réalisé par un consortium des universités
partenaires : Université de Toulouse II – Le Mirail (l’université coordinatrice), Université de Bonn,
Universidade de Coimbra, Université de Hosei a Tokio, Université Catholique de Louvain, Université
de Memphis, Univerzita Karlova v Praze – Université Charles de Prague, Université de Sao Carlos,

Gespräch mit Hans Rainer Sepp
Interview mit Hans Rainer Sepp über seine Lehrtätigkeit und einige Forschungsprojekte an
unserer Fakultät, seine philosophische Arbeit und auch seine wissenschaftliche Pläne.
Doc. Dr. Phil. Hans Rainer Sepp arbeitet vor allem in diesen Gebieten: Phänomenologie, Ethik,
Ästhetik, Interkulturelle Philosophie, Philosophische Anthropologie. Nach Untersuchungen zu den
praktisch-ethischen Konsequenzen der phänomenologischen Veränderung des Weltbezugs am
Beispiel des Problems der Grenze, der Bildstruktur und des Lebensbegriffs beschäftigt sich Sepp vor
allem mit dem Konzept einer „Philosophischen Europa-Forschung“ und mit einer auf der Grundlage
einer erneuerten Phänomenologie der Leiblichkeit erarbeiteten „Oikophilosophie“.
