• Dokmee contains SQL 2008 within the Installer. The SQL database is not backwards compatible for older SQL instances.

REPOSITORY REQUIREMENTS

Repository folder must be given the Windows “Users” account with Modify rights.
If the Repository folder needs to be restricted from a certain user account, that user must have at least modify rights to the
contents of the folder.
In a Multi-User Dokmee environment, the repository folder must be shared out to everyone on the network. If a user account
is created to log into the repository, these login credentials must be entered in the Repository settings of Dokmee.
LICENSING
• Dokmee requires an internet connection to activate Licenses.
If behind a proxy server or Firewall blocking port 80, Dokmee will not be able to activate. Must open the connection for that computer or contact the Office Gemini support team to activate manually.

• The log on account assigned to the service must have full rights to the computer.
ADD-IN’S
Dokmee Link
• If User Account Control is set at the default level, an Administrator must create the Hot Keys. If UAC is off, any user will be able
to create Hot Keys.
• The Dokmee Link program must be running for the hotkeys to be active.
Virtual Printer
• Must have Administrative privileges to install.
• All users will be able to change Dokmee File Cabinet settings.
Microsoft Office Add-Ins
• Must have Administrative privileges to install.
• Works in Office 2010 and above.
