Position based in London/Bournemouth. We are looking for A focussed, self-motivated digital marketer with creative flair who will bring digital marketing strategies to life; A marketer passionate about all things digital that thrives on delivering exciting and show stopping campaigns and content; and A highly effective individual who has an absolute eye for detail and is focussed on improving business performance through exceptional campaign execution, reporting and evaluation. Core responsibilities The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for critical digital marketing activities across multiple brands to achieve target customer # and £ acquisition and retention by brand. Day-to-day management of the customer acquisition email schedule to prospects, customers and resellers; Execution of customer engagement campaigns including email newsletter creation; Effective digital marketing delivery across brands and channels as per campaign plans to deliver required lead volumes at budgeted cost per lead and quality to convert at budgeted lead conversion ratio; Application of market sizing, share and segmentation to improve digital performance; Delivery of customer engagement and account growth plans Track and report key KPIs and feed this intelligence into segmentation and data strategies; Track performance of email activity and continually optimise to improve results; Manage email production (design, HTML production, campaign deployment, reporting); Manage a continual email and web MVT and A/B testing programme; Ensure best practice email design, HTML build and usability. Utilise the ESP tools to ensure maximum deliverability and optimal renderability; Execute the social media strategy across all relevant platform; and Work with agencies to improve SEO performance and to implement and optimise PPC campaigns from keyword strategies to landing page optimisation; Update websites with fresh content and use web analytics to improve site performance; Effective digital marketing delivery of launch plans; Ensure best practice web design and that the user experience is optimised; Keep abreast of industry best practice, new techniques and competitor digital marketing; Share best practice with counterparts across Top Right Group and identify new techniques to improve overall performance and contribute to investment cases to drive growth; Engagement with customers to make the customer voice central to the business; Deliver the requirements of the role in line with the defined marketing behaviours. Skills/Qualifications Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience, preferably B2B; Experience of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously; Meticulous attention to detail and reporting processes; Excellent communication skills; Creative flair and ability to challenge existing practices; Technical knowledge including use of ESPs and proficient in HTML; and Practical and technical web platform knowledge. Proficient HTML skills required. Knowledge of Exact Target email sending system desired.
