Admission to Basic B.Sc Nursing Course through Walk-in-Interview
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates to admission for the
4years Basic B.Sc Nursing course for the academic year 2014-15 at the above college
for 24 (Twenty Four) Government seats.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Candidates should be from Karnataka state.
2. Applicant should have passed 2nd PUC or equivalent examination with optional
Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English as one of the languages and
obtained not less than 45% of the aggregate marks in the PCB and English
subject (40 % in case of SC/ST and OBC candidates)
3. Age: Should have been born before 31/12/1997.
4. Fees: As per Government of Karnataka and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health
Sciences, Karnataka, Bangalore.
Certificates to be submitted at the time of Walk- in –Interview
The Candidate has to submit attested (by Gazetted Officer) photo copies of the
following documents along with filled prescribed application form.
a. S.S.L.C marks card (proof of Date of Birth)
b. PUC 2nd year or equivalent examination marks card.
c. Prescribed certificates in the case of candidates claiming reservation under
different category. (Issued by the Tahasildar).
d. Domicile Certificate for 10 years in Karnataka (Issued by the Tahasildar).
e. Study Certificate of seven years in Karnataka, from the Head of the Institution.
f. Transfer Certificate.

a. Rs.400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only) for General Category and Rs.100/(Rupees One Hundred Only) for SC/ST and Category – I, Candidates are drawn
in favor of the Director, SDS TRC & RGICD, payable at Bangalore.
