In het kader van een opsporingsonderzoek van het federaal parket geopend
na de aanslag te Berlijn op 19 december 2016, heeft de spoorwegpolitie van
Brussel, in samenwerking met de cel beelden van de NMBS, alle beelden
bekeken van de veiligheidscamera’s van het station van Brussel Noord.
Deze analyse heeft aangetoond dat Anis Amri op 21 december 2016
omstreeks 19h toegekomen is met de trein vanuit Amsterdam en in het station
van Brussel Noord is gebleven tot ongeveer 21h.
In het belang van het Belgisch en Duits onderzoek kan er geen verdere
informatie vrijgegeven worden.

Dans le cadre de l’information judiciaire ouverte par le parquet fédéral à la
suite de l’attentat de Berlin du 19 décembre 2016, la police fédérale des
chemins de fer de Bruxelles, en collaboration avec la cellule « images » de la
SCNB, a visionné l’ensemble des images vidéo filmées de la Gare de
Bruxelles-Nord.
Cette analyse a permis de constater que Anis Amri est arrivé dans cette gare
le 21 décembre 2016 vers 19h, en provenance de Amsterdam.

In the framework of a new enquiry opened by the federal prosecution office
after the terrorist attack in Berlin on the 19th of December 2016, the Brussels
railway police has checked all CCTV images of the Brussels North railway
station, in close cooperation with the ‘Unit Images’ of the Belgian Railway
Company.
The analysis has shown that Anis Amri arrived by train coming from
Amsterdam, on December 21st 2016 at about 7 pm. He stayed in the Brussels
North railway station until about 9 pm.
In the interest of the Belgian and German investigation, no further details or
information will be given.
