Education and Training
Onwards PhD in Electric-Electronic-Automatic engineering
ENS - École normale supérieure de Cachan
Study of cell membrane permeabilization induced by pulsed electric field – electrical modeling and
characterization on biochip.
Electrical pulses applied to cells or cell tissues, induce a biological change on the cell properties, in
particular to their membrane, that becomes permeabilized. Furthermore identification, selection and
separation of biological particles from complex sample is a preliminary step before any kind of study
regarding interaction between cell and electric field.
The aim of this PhD work is to model and characterize the electrical phenomena occurring during this
permeabilization and to previously recognize different kind of cells by studyng their electrical properties
thanks to electrorotation tool.
Onwards Diplome universitaire de formation superieure biomedicale
