Poste et missions:
- Providing content for partner pharmacies: assuring that all promotion are in line with the agreed promotional plan, and respect the brand's
communication charter.
- Working on the order tracking with pharmacies to provide quantitative results from campaigns
- Providing Social media content created in-house to partner pharmacies
- Working with the Key account Management on digital accounts and promotions
- Managing banner and newsletter asset creation for promotions with affiliate pharmacies working closely with the Trade Marketing team.
- Being responsible for the information appearing on the company's website and partner affiliate websites (new product launches, repackaging…)
- Keeping the pharmacy contact details up to date and ensuring that the latest stockist information is updated on the websites.
- Working closely with the brand team on the brand on-line content
- Being the digital request's coordinator and leasing with other teams to fulfil different digital requests
- Carefully identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in line with company's safety policy.
- Managing digital campaigns
- Analysing monthly sales stats form KAM and previous campaign results for future on-line promotions
- Summarising sales performance of key online accounts to digital manager and KAM and recommending any actions, trends, issues and ideas
Ability to improve paid marketing efforts such as SEM (search engine marketing)
Profil:
• A Master degree is required
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good understanding of and interest in digital media technology and terminology
• Personal accountability on projects and works hard to ensure that projects stay on track in terms of time and costs
• Flexible enough to handle all aspects of digital B2B including the ability to listen to and understand a customer's needs
• Proactive and willing to take initiative speaking up in meetings and contributing valuable ideas
