PUBLIC UTILITIES ACT
Pursuant to subsection 77(1) of the Public Utilities Act,
the Commissioner orders as follows:
Conformément au paragraphe 77(1) de la Loi sur les
entreprises de service public, le Commissaire décrète ce qui
suit :
1. Order-In-Council 1981/292 providing for per diem
and other expenses is revoked.
1. Le Décret 1981/292 prévoyant une indemnité
journalière et le remboursement d’autres dépenses est
abrogé.
2. Members of the Yukon Utilities Board will be paid a
per diem according to the Government of Yukon Policy
Directive 3/7.
2. Les membres de la Régie des entreprises de service
public du Yukon touchent une indemnité journalière
conformément à la Directive générale 3/7 du Yukon.
