Utiliser l’entrée du pavillon du Souvenir (bâtiment bleu n 3 sur la carte au verso)
Accès direct par les trains de banlieue : l'Hôpital est desservi par la ligne Montréal/Dorion-Rigaud. La gare de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue est située
directement devant l’entrée de l’établissement.
Accès par autobus : la ligne de bus desservant l'Hôpital est la 212 (anciennement 251). Le numéro d'arrêt de bus est le 58592.
Accès en voiture :
En venant de Montréal :
Par l’Autoroute 20 :
• Prenez l’AUTOROUTE 20 Ouest.
• Prenez la SORTIE 39 en direction de SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE.
• Tournez à DROITE sur le BOULEVARD DES ANCIENSCOMBATTANTS.
• Au deuxième feu de signalisation, tournez à DROITE et entrez sur les
terrains de l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne.
En venant d'Ontario :
Depuis Kingston et Toronto :
• Prenez l’AUTOROUTE 401 Est. En entrant au Québec, elle devient
l’AUTOROUTE 20 Est.
• Prenez la SORTIE 39 en direction de SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE.
• Tournez à GAUCHE sur le BOULEVARD DES ANCIENSCOMBATTANTS.
• Au deuxième feu de signalisation, tournez à DROITE et entrez sur les
terrains de l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne.
Par l’Autoroute 40 :
• Prenez l’AUTOROUTE 40 Ouest.
• Prenez la SORTIE 41 en direction de SAINTE-ANNE-DEBELLEVUE/ÎLE PERROT.
• Continuez TOUT DROIT pour aller prendre le VIADUC qui enjambe
l’autoroute sur votre gauche.
• Continuez tout droit, le VIADUC devient le BOULEVARD DES
ANCIENS-COMBATTANTS.
• Au deuxième feu de signalisation, tournez à GAUCHE et entrez sur les
terrains de l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne.
Depuis Ottawa :
• Prenez l’AUTOROUTE 417 Est. En entrant au Québec, elle devient
l’AUTOROUTE 40 Est.
• Prenez la SORTIE 41 en direction de SAINTE-ANNE-DEBELLEVUE/ÎLE PERROT.
• Continuez TOUT DROIT, la sortie d’autoroute mène sur le
BOULEVARD DES ANCIENS-COMBATTANTS.
• Au deuxième feu de signalisation, tournez à GAUCHE et entrez sur les
terrains de l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne.

Direct access by train : The Hospital is accessible through the Montreal/Dorion-Rigaud train. The Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station is right in front
of the Hopital grounds entrance.
Acess by bus : The bus line servicing the Hospital is the #212 (formerly #251) and that our bus stop number is #58592.
Access by car:
Coming from Montreal:
Through the 20 Highway:
• Take the 20 West Highway.
• Take EXIT 39 towards SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE.
• Turn RIGHT onto BOULEVARD DES ANCIENS-COMBATTANTS.
• At the second traffic light, turn RIGHT and enter the Ste. Anne’s Hospital
grounds.
Coming from Ontario:
From Kingston and Toronto:
• Take the 401 East Highway. Upon entering Quebec, it becomes the 20
East Highway.
• Take EXIT 39 towards SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE.
• Turn LEFT onto BOULEVARD DES ANCIENS-COMBATTANTS.
• At the second traffic light, turn RIGHT and enter the Ste. Anne’s Hospital
grounds.
Through the 40 Highway:
• Take the 40 West Highway.
• Take EXIT 41 towards SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE / ÎLE PERROT.
• Stay STRAIGHT in order to take the BRIDGE that goes over the
highway, on your left side.
• Stay straight as the BRIDGE becomes BOULEVARD DES ANCIENSCOMBATTANTS.
• At the second traffic light, turn LEFT and enter the Ste. Anne’s Hospital
grounds.
From Ottawa:
• Take the 417 East Highway. Upon entering Quebec, it becomes the 40
East Highway.
• Take EXIT 41 towards SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE / ÎLE PERROT.
• Stay STRAIGHT as the highway exit leads on to BOULEVARD DES
ANCIENS-COMBATTANTS.
• At the second traffic light, turn LEFT and enter the Ste. Anne’s Hospital
grounds.
