Fleurie. Au cœur de la ville, l’Absinthe Hôtel, ancien presbytère du
XVIe siècle, vous offre, outre son grand confort, un dépaysement
dans la noblesse d’un décor authentique tout en teintes douces,
alliance subtile de la pierre, du bois, du velours et du cuir.
A votre disposition onze chambres de charme, toutes climatisées
et équipées de bain balnéo : côté Presbytère (XVIe siècle) : 5 chambres
et une suite, côté Annexe (vue sur le port de pêche) : 4 chambres
et une suite avec sauna.

At your service, eleven charming rooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with
whirlpool bath: Presbytery side (16th-c.): 5 guest rooms and one suite Annex
side (view of fishing port): 4 guest rooms and one suite with sauna.

Face au port de pêche, dans un décor raffiné aux tons chauds,
l’Absinthe Restaurant vous propose une cuisine inventive et
gastronomique aux parfums du terroir et de la mer autour d’une
prestigieuse carte des vins. Tables dressées dans deux magnifiques salles avec pierres apparentes, poutres et cheminées,
datant pour l’une du XVe siècle (ancienne maison de gardes
anglais pendant la Guerre de Cent Ans) et pour l’autre du XVIIe.
En façade, une véranda chauffée ou climatisée vous accueille
en toute saison.

features inventive gastronomic cuisine boasting the best of local ingredients
and sea-gleaned goodness accompanied by a prestigious selection of wines.
Tables set in two magnificent dining rooms with exposed-stone walls, beams
and fireplaces, one dating back to the 15 th-c. (former English guardhouse
during the 100 Years’ War) and the other to 17th-c., or on the front terrace.

Esprit brasserie, atmosphère chaleureuse et couleurs vives,
convivialité et bonne humeur sont au rendez-vous. Ici, on prend
le temps de refaire le monde en mezzanine, dans la grande salle
ou sur la belle terrasse couverte et chauffée.
Plats bistrotiers traditionnels, poissons, assiettes et plateaux de
fruits de mer sans oublier bien sûr les fameuses poêlées de
cuisses de grenouilles !

Just steps from the Vieux Bassin, our oyster and seafood stand...
In a pleasant setting with the fishing port for a backdrop, the Bistro du Port
invites you on gourmet journey with platters of oysters and shellfish. The staff
will be pleased to welcome you on the extensive heated indoor terrace facing
the fishing port.
Our oyster and seafood stand is at your service for your eat-in or takeaway
orders.
A deux pas du vieux bassin, notre banc d’écailler...
Dans un cadre des plus agréables, le bistro du port vous
invite au voyage gourmand et vous propose sur un plateau :
huîtres, coquillages et crustacés. L’équipe aura le plaisir de vous
recevoir sur la grande terrasse couverte et chauffée face au port
de pêche.
Notre écailler sera à votre disposition pour toute commande,
à déguster sur place, ou à emporter.
