Given our expansion plans and exciting new projects, Capita is currently recruiting for the position of:
Sourcing Specialist (internal HR team) (m/f)
As Sourcing Specialist you will be responsible for:
•Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing platforms to find suitable candidates
•Developing and present alternative sourcing strategies to Recruiters and hiring managers when appropriate
•Analysing job markets to identify where talented candidates are located
•Creating a pipeline of candidates
•Using tools available to support building of market intelligence
•Qualification call with candidates to determine suitability for role
•Using your creativity on a daily basis to better identify and reach out to candidates
•Looking for optimal solutions and ongoing response and optimize new challenges
•Producing timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
•Taking part in other tasks and recruiting assignments when necessary
You are the perfect candidate if you:
•Have an experience in sourcing or recruitment area (considered an asset)
•Hold a university degree
•Are fluent in English
•Are familiar with IT technologies (MS Office, Excel)
•Are service and delivery focused
•Are a team player
•Have a keen eye for details and Can Do attitude
•Are well organised and methodical
•Are highly responsive with ability to absorb information quickly
