Message
from the Chairman
Crédit du Nord Group has, for more than 150 years, cultivated its
expertise as a customer-based bank focused on closeness to its
clients, professionalism and innovation.
Every day, the 8 400 men and women in the Group’s seven banks
strive to offer clients a personal and high-quality relationship with
customer satisfaction as their overriding aim. This approach is widely
recognised and appreciated, as we know from our consistently high
rankings in customer satisfaction surveys.
Our approach to banking is rooted in the principles that underpin
our commercial practice – our duty is to inform, to advise and to
act with transparency. The banks of Crédit du Nord Group seek
to ensure that the products and services they offer clients are
useful, add value and meet their needs.
In order to constantly strengthen its presence with its clients,
the Crédit du Nord Group has decided to embark on a
new stage of development, adding one hundred
