J U LY The Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage was successfully floated on the Euronext Paris Second Marché in a placement lead-managed by Crédit du Nord. Thanks to the services of brokerage Gilbert Dupont the placement was oversubscribed. Crédit du Nord, acting for Staci Développement, launched a bid under the simplified tender procedure for the shares of Staci (a company listed on the Euronext Paris Nouveau Marché). Following the successful takeover bid Crédit du Nord filed, on behalf of Staci Développement, a buy-out offer followed by a compulsory buy-out on Staci shares.
