The Receiver gives notice and declares that:

On October 24, 2012, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. became the Receiver in respect of the property
Centre Bleu Terre de Feu Inc., an insolvent person, that is described below:

on October 24, 2012 by the Superior Court of Quebec.
3. The undersigned took possession of the property described above on October 26, 2012.

4. The following information relates to the Receivership:
(a) Address of insolvent person: 5 Ste-Elisabeth Road, Cantley, Quebec, J8V 3E8;
(b) Principal line of business: Outdoor/indoor nordic spa;
(c) Locations of business: 5 Ste-Elisabeth Road, Cantley, Quebec J8V 3E8;
(d) Amount owed by insolvent person to the creditor who holds a security on the property is described
above:

Business Development Bank of Canada: $1,345,241.83 (first ranking security – Pari passu
with National Bank of Canada);

National Bank of Canada: $1,637,944.60 (first ranking security – Pari passu with Business
Development Bank of Canada);
(e) The list of other creditors of the insolvent person and the amount owed to each creditor and the
total amount due by the insolvent person is as follows: $76,399.03 (see list of creditors attached);
(f) The intended plan of action of the Receiver during the Receivership is to sell the property using a
tender process;
