6. Insert Knee Support
Tube(6) into Main Upright (4) ,
slide both Foam Rollers on the
tube, press in two 1" Round
Plastic Caps (AC) at each end
of the tube to secure the rollers.

7. Install Seat Pad (13) to
Base (1) using bolting shown.

8. Start the installation of the Lat Top Cable (AU) at
the front 3-1/2" Pulley (AH) and Lat Bar Hooks R&L
(12) using bolting and Nylon Spacers 3/8"x1/2 lg"
(AB) as shown.
9. Continue installing Lat Top Cable and 3-1/2"
Pulleys in order until all upper pulleys have been
installed. Cable must be positioned on the pulley and
then bolted in place using bolting and Nylon Spacers
3/8"x1/2" lg (AB) as shown.
10. Loosely bolt the two Floating Pulley Brackets
(10) to one 3-1/2" Pulley (AH) and Lat Top Cable
(AU) together as shown below. After Low Cable (AV)
has been installed, complete the Floating Pulley
Brackets connection with Lat Top Cable (AU) as
shown and tighten both bolts on floating pulley.

11. Start installation of the Low Cable (AV) at the front 3-1/2" Pulley (AH) using two Nylon
Spacers 3/8" x 1/2" (AB) and bolting shown.
12. Continue installing Low Cable (AV) and 3-1/2" Pulleys (AH) in order untill all Pulleys have been installed
and tie-off to Base is complete using bolting and two Nylon Spacers 3/8" x 1/2" (AB) as shown.
13. Complete connection between Lat Top Cable (AU) and Low Cable (AV) as shown on Page 5.
14. Complete installation of Lat Top Cable (AU) by threading the end of the cable into the Plate Holder (7)
until slackness in the cables is removed. Tighten the jam nut against the Plate Holder. Periodic cable
tightening may be required.
Cables are a consumable and must be treated as such. As a minimum, an annual inspection must
be performed on all cable ends and full lengths. A cable must be replaced immediately if broken
exposed wires and/or a break in cable coating are found.
