Located on an exclusive private estate in the idyllic coastal town of Forte dei Marmi,
this elegant luxury villa for rent is a haven of tranquillity. The estate, nestled at the
foothills of the Apuan Alps, surrounded by pine forests and within easy reach of sunfilled, sandy beaches, is the perfect place for a relaxed summer holiday. It is located
on sprawling park grounds, with a luxury hotel and seven villas in total, each with a
private garden. Guests have access to all the state of the art facilities of the hotel.
A variety of boats, such as catamarans and kayaks, give guests the chance to have
fun on the water, while bicycles make transport around the estate easy and
convenient. A bus shuttle is also available to take guests to the centre of the town.
Free wifi is available for all guests.
This elegant, deluxe villa is built of brick and Cardoso stone and features a perfect row
of arches, which frame the exquisitely manicured private garden. The private villa has
a vintage feel, with many architectural and decorative detail.
The living room is elegant, with comfortable, dark blue couches and contemporary
artworks on the walls, and is located next to the striking oval dining room.
The villa has five large bedrooms, tastefully decorated in a different palette of colours,
and each with its own bathroom. Many of the rooms have ornately patterned carpets
and curtains. The master bedroom has access to a private terrace and has a beautiful
travertine-tiled bath.
Guests may use all the estate facilities and can choose to wine and dine at one of the
three restaurants, socialise in the lounge and coffee bars, enjoy a relaxing massage or
wellness treatment in the Day Spa or indulge in a workout in the adjacent modern
fitness centre.
