For rent is a furnished 3-room apartment (nonsmoker) on the ground level of a
two-family house in quiet location (only residents) in Lörrach-Brombach.
Apartment has a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom
with shower. Bedroom is furnished with a double bed and TV. Living room is
furnished with a fold-out couch and TV. Furnished and completely equipped
kitchen and the dining area next to it are very inviting to many enjoyable hours.
Bathroom has a toilet and shower. Monthly rent is EUR 990 and is valid for one
tenants. If apartment is rented by more tenants, monthly rent will increase by
EUR 120,00 per person. Washing machine is available for an extra fee. Upon
termination of tenancy, a final cleaning fee of EUR 80.00 will be charged. Proof
of private liability insurance including renters insurance is required.
