SCHOLARSHIPS ‘‘GRP’’ POLICY 2016
Rennes School of Business is an international School of Management located in Rennes (Brittany, France). Its
mission is to “prepare, through education and research, innovative and responsible managers to perform in a
global environment”.
Rennes School of Business has developed a real singularity in terms of degree of internationalization (85% of
the school‘s full time faculty and 50% of the students are international coming from more than 70 different
countries). The international dimension, teaching and learning expertise, relying on the values of commitment,
social responsibility, intercultural sensitivity and research themes, combine to set the School’s objectives to
prepare Global Responsible Pioneers (GRP)®.
Hence Rennes School of Business offers a wide range of ‘‘GRP’’ scholarships to promote academic excellence as
well as ‘‘GRP’’ profiles. ESC Rennes School of Business’ GRP scholarships are open to all applicants admitted to
the B-School (intake September 2015) and to the students already enrolled in one of the School’s fee paying
programmes (Bachelor (IBPM), Master in Management (PGE), Master of Arts in International Business (MAIB), and
Masters of Science (MSc)). The selection will be based on the key elements specified by each “GRP” scholarship.

The “Global” scholarship is open to:
• Rennes School of Business students
who are in the process of graduating
from the IBPM programme and
admitted on a Master Programme
Rennes School of Business promotes
the social mixture on its campus by
rewarding scholarships to French and
International students.
The School encourages the innovative
vision of future Managers.
The scholarship is open to:
• International and French Applicants admitted on one of the Master Programmes (MSc-MA)
• International Applicants on the Master in Management (PGE)
• International Applicants admitted on the IBPM 1st year

SCHOLARSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this document carefully and ensure that you understand the conditions of the scholarship. The
Admission Office reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship if these terms and conditions are not adhered
to. Scholarship Applicants are required to:
1. Be accepted and/or registered as a full-time fee paying student for the coming cohort (September 2015).
2. Return a completed scholarship application file (the form and documents required if any) to Admission Office at
Rennes School of Business. The Admission Office reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a scholarship if it is not
accepted by the given deadline.
3. Meet any conditions attached to their academic offer; and those if any specific to each scholarship offer.
4. Register on their academic course by the given deadline, as specified in their Letter of Acceptance.
5. Scholarships may not be deferred to the following academic year.
6. Seek permission and obtain consent from the Admission Office before making any changes to their programme of
study (this includes changing course title, course transfers, suspending studies, etc.). Please note that approval is
not guaranteed. Where changes are made without prior approval, the scholarship will be withdrawn and students may
be required to repay the scholarship in full.
7. Seek permission from the Admission Office before extending a period of registered study. Scholarships are not
automatically extendable.
8. Inform the Admission Office of any other scholarships/sponsorship held. The scholarship may be adjusted and/
or withdrawn if other sources of funding have been awarded to a student. The scholarship is not available as a cash
alternative.
9. Pay all outstanding tuition fees (for partial scholarship holders) by given deadlines. Non-payment of fees may
result in the scholarship being withdrawn and full fees being charged to the student.
10. Maintain living costs for the duration of their programme of study. Additional financial support is not available.
The University recommends that students will need at least 700€ per month for living costs. This figure is based on a
single student.
11. Repay the scholarship amount (pro-rata) if they withdraw from their course before completion (if the scholarship
has been already awarded).
12. As the School offers several scholarship offers, students might be eligible to more than one scholarship. If the
student applies to more than one scholarship, he or she might be selected for both, but not automatically the case.
13. The final decision for Scholarship application is up to the final decision of the Scholarship Committee of the
School.
