EN I have been a dedicated fan of RAK Porcelain products for many years and the AllSpice range in particular. Given its recessed sections it offers a range of options for a creative chef and gives the guest the possibility of
tasting the same basic product in combination with different textures and flavours. I had no hesitation in choosing RAK Porcelain, all the more so they add new products to existing ranges each year giving me the opportunity
to invent new dishes. In addition, for a restaurant such as ours whose cuisine includes both “flavours of the world” and those of the West Indies, AllSpice range’s forms and shapes also provide the ideal base for West Indian
cuisine and offer our guests an additional touch of culinary exoticism.
DE Seit vielen Jahren schwöre ich auf RAK Porzellan, insbesondere auf die Kollektion AllSpice, die mit ihren Unterteilungen ein besonderes Interesse im Hinblick auf kulinarische Kreationen bietet. Die Gäste können darauf
ein und dasselbe Produkt in verschiedenen Texturen und mit verschiedenen Geschmacksnoten verkosten. Deswegen habe ich mich für RAK Porzellan entschieden. Außerdem kann man seine Kollektion jedes Jahr durch die

FR Depuis de nombreuses années, je suis un inconditionnel de RAK Porcelaine et en particulier de la collection AllSpice car, avec ses compartiments, elle présente un intérêt majeur en termes de création culinaire en permettant
au client de déguster un même produit sous différentes textures et avec des saveurs variées. Je n’ai donc pas hésité à choisir RAK Porcelaine d’autant plus que grâce aux nouveautés, on peut compléter chaque année sa

provide and in our choice of everyday accessories. For the restaurant I manage in the Hotel we chose RAK Porcelain’s Fine Dine range: it is the ideal foil for our cuisine and it blends perfectly with the atmosphere in
the restaurant.

enhance the appearance and emphasise specific aspects of the food we are serving. RAK Porcelain’s services and collections have proved the perfect foil for our dishes. Light, with ultra-clean lines, they are both well made
and perfectly finished. The particular collections we chose have proved ergonomic and compliment our style of cuisine which is based on traditional French haute cuisine. The dishes we create, drawing their inspiration
from nature and the changing seasons, are more than matched by RAK Porcelain’s aesthetic qualities.

EN We now use their Banquet collection, specially decorated and personalised for our restaurant. The lines are solid, not in any pejorative sense but because they are extremely robust. The design itself goes perfectly with
the image La Mère Catherine wishes to present which is important for an establishment with a world-wide reputation. We replaced our previous brand with RAK Porcelain in particular because they offered to personalise
the line we selected. I love the reassuring, almost rustic aspect of the Banquet range which goes perfectly with our cuisine, an important part of the range of French haute cuisine. As concerns RAK porcelain’s functional
qualities we have seen a net improvement in the quality of our service. We are completely satisfied with our decision.
DE Wir verwenden die Kollektion Banquet, die speziell für unser Restaurant ein eigenes Dekor erhielt. Die Linien sind massiv, wobei dies nicht in einem negativen Sinn gemeint ist, sondern im Hinblick auf die Strapazierfähigkeit.
Das Design entspricht genau dem Image, das wir von unserem weltweit renommierten Haus geben möchten. Wir haben zugunsten von RAK Porzellan auf die Marke verzichtet, mit der wir bisher gearbeitet haben. Insbesondere
das Angebot, die gewählte Serie zu personalisieren, war dabei ausschlaggebend. Mir gefällt die solide, rustikale Ausstrahlung der Serie Banquet, die unserer in der traditionellen französischen Gastronomie verankerten
Küche genau entspricht. Dank der guten Funktionalität haben wir eine deutliche Verbesserung unserer Servicequalität festgestellt. Wir sind mit unserer Wahl voll und ganz zufrieden.
FR Nous utilisons la collection Banquet, décorée et personnalisée tout spécialement pour notre établissement. Les lignes sont massives, non pas dans un sens péjoratif, mais plutôt du point de vue de la robustesse.
Le design est en totale adéquation avec l'image que nous souhaitons diffuser de notre établissement, dont la renommée est mondiale. Nous avons renoncé à la marque avec laquelle nous avions l’habitude de travailler au
profit de RAK Porcelaine, notamment lorsque l’on m'a proposé de personnaliser la ligne sélectionnée. J'aime le côté rassurant et rustique de la gamme Banquet qui est en complète adéquation avec notre cuisine, ancrée
dans l’esprit de la gastronomie traditionnelle française. Sur un plan plus fonctionnel, nous avons constaté une nette amélioration dans la qualité de notre service. Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre choix.

yet highly refined.

EN I and my colleagues, chefs Dominique Simon and Korbinian Wolf, were particularly impressed by RAK Porcelain’s Lyra range. We can use it for all dishes on our menu as it is both highly functional and more than satisfies all
our needs. The quality of its design makes it the perfect complement to our haute cuisine. We also use their AllSpice and Mazza ranges, their clean and geometrical lines going perfectly with our choice of ultra-modern and even
futurist dishes. The shapes and combinations offered by RAK Porcelain frequently inspire us to new ways of serving such that our guests never feel they are eating the same dish in the same plates!

EN AllSpice is undoubtedly the RAK collection I appreciate the most, in so far as the design of certain plates inspired me to create new recipes, like the tartar steak of sea bass, the lemon-caviar and the lobstersalad. With its simple, refined forms and its minimalist elegance, the Banquet collection is equally a part of our restaurant.
