Taille de l’échantillon / Sample size :
- Minimum de 5 échantillons par lot. / Minimum of 5 samples per lot.
- Chaque échantillon devrait peser au moins 200 g. / Each sample must weigh at least 200 g. - Pour Listeria, l’échantillon devrait
peser au moins 50 g. / For Listeria, the sample must weigh at least 50 g.
