INDICATORS GUIDE IN-FAMILY VIOLENCE: CHILDREN WHO ASSAULT THEIR PARENTS BRIEF CASE SUMMARY: (DESCRIPTION) Phratrie: une soeure de 13 ans Profession des parents: père: garde assermenté, mère ouvrière specialisée Envoi: la mère vient chez le CPS pour des « problèmes relationnels ». Dès le premier colloque elle parle de la violence de la fille. La mère a suivi un parcours de psychothérapie pendant 10 ans et dans la même période elle a fréquenté la CASA DELLE DONNE (structure d’accueil pour femmes maltraitées) Description du symptôme: il s’agit de violence verbale et physique, même sur les choses. La fille 1.offense et insulte la mère avec des gros mots avec des connotations sexuelles « putain, salope » mais de mépris aussi « tu es nulle » 2. menace la mère « si tu ne vas pas habiter ailleurs je te tue » Histoire de la mère: la mère a été beaucoup frappée par son père alcoolisé, harcelée de 8 à 13 ans, violée par un cousin à 13 ans. Elle est abandonnée, avec ses 2 frères, par sa mère qui commence une autre relation en amenant avec soi sa petite fille. Ils sont accueilli par la grande mère paternelle qui sera pour elle le seul point de repère. Quand la grande mère meurt elle n’a que 15 ans mais elle vivra toute seule. A 16 ans elle rencontre son futur mari et en 1 mois ils commencent à vivre ensemble et après ils se marient. Histoire du couple: le couple marche bien pendant quelques années mais la femme se sent phagocytée par sa belle mère avec laquelle elle dit que son mari a une relation morbide. Le mari commence à être violent avec sa femme même devant les filles quand il est pris par la jalousie et par le besoin de la contrôler. Il aurait abusé sexuellement de sa femme. Maintenant le couple est séparé et les filles ont choisi de rester avec leur père pour s’en prendre soin. Histoire du mineur: la relation mère/fille s’aigrit quand la fille commence « avec la complicité de son père » ses premières transgressions. Pour une période la mère l’appellera pour se faire aider avec les petits enfants, mais elle sera harcelée sexuellement par le mari de la mère à 10 ans et violée à 12 ans. Pour ça elle retournera en pension. A 18 ans elle va vivre chez sa grande mère maternelle qui restera pour elle le seul point de repère. A 19 ans elle tombe enceinte et va vivre à Naples avec le père de son enfant et la famille de celui-ci. L’homme est violent avec elle et la trompe. Sur le conseil d’un avocat elle attends l’age de 21 ans pour abandonner la famille et retourner avec son fils chez sa grande mère. Mais à 26 ans elle tombe malade (tuberculose) et elle est obligé de faire répéter à son fils son histoire de pension. Elle reste paralysée sur une chaise roulante pendant un an; après elle se remet et elle peut donc avoir à nouveau son fils. A 32 ans elle aménage à Reggio Emilia grâce à l’aide économique d’un cousin, détenu chez l’Hôpital Psychiatrique Judiciaire pour le meurtre de ses parents. A 35 ans elle connaît le futur père de S., elle tombe enceinte donc ils commencent tout de suite un concubinage. Histoire du couple: le couple présente tout de suite des problèmes parce que l’homme joue, la frappe et ils se retrouvent bientôt sans argent. Grâce à l’aide du fils aîné elle trouve un escamotage et quitte le concubin en amenant avec soi S. aussi, âgée de 14 mois. Le père avec le prétexte de la fille, va voir la mère de S. mais à la fin il devient violent avec les meubles et les objets. Cessées les visites chez la mère de S., le père réussit à voir la fille grâce à la complicité d’une soeur de l’institut fréquenté par la fille même. Quand la mère le découvre elle interrompe tout contact et le père se sent trompé par la fille qui a parlé à la mère de ses visites. En suite le père refusera tout aide à son ex-concubine et à sa fille. S. commence à être violente il y a 2 ans simultanément à un isolement social et à la prétention que la mère aussi refuse tout contact et sortie avec des amis. La mère subit la tyrannie de la fille et se sent isolée. Puisque la fille à des problèmes de respiration, elle les transfère sur la mère aussi, donc quand la mère se repose sur le fauteuil, la fille n’arrête pas de lui dire de respirer ou se moucher. Quand la mère n’en peut plus, elle demande de l’aide au fils aîné : il reproche S. et elle accepte les reproches. Elle est vorace de cadeaux et d’argent qu’elle utilise pour cd, maquillage et vêtements; la mère a des difficulté économiques et se sent coupable quand elle ne peut pas faire contente la fille parce qu’elle se revoit dans l’attitude autant détesté de sa mère. Il parait que la mère ait été violente avec sa fille seulement pour réaction aux agressions commises par la fille même. Description du symptôme: Il s’agit de violence verbale et physique. Le mari avec son père gère une entreprise agricole jusqu’à la mort du père en 1998. La relation du mari avec sa mère est conflictuel et la mère préfère s’appuyer sur les 2 autres fils, ne mettant le couple en difficulté économique. Le couple est obligé d’aménager à la montagne où ils ont une maison et la dame a eu le transfert en 2002. En 2005 la mère a des problèmes de santé très graves, donc elle choisit la retraite anticipée. Selon la mère le fils a commencé à la detester car elle coupable d’avoir contribué aux difficultés économiques. Pour la mère au contraire les problèmes sont attribuables à l’utilisation de sustances de la part du fils. Le père n’est pas d’accord avec le terrorisme de la mère et il pense que, comme il arrive chez les jeunes, un jour ou l’autre ça va passer. Puisque c’est la mère qui limite la liberté et les achats du fils, celui-ci se sent implicitement soutenu par le père, il se mets en colère et il est violent avec sa mère. Au debut seulement le père accompagne la fille à Reggio Emilia et pendant 3 mois la famille reste separée. La separation coincide avec la debut d’une trouble alimentaire de la fille: anorexie nerveuse. Mail quand toute la famille se réunit à Reggio Emilia toute la famill commence à montrer des signaux de souffrance. La mère qui vivait bien intégrée socialement à Catania, à Reggio Emilia se sent aveugle. Le père est très tendu, nerveux et irritable surtout avec la femme, il crie et l’agresse verbalement meme dans des occasions publiques. A. devient violente avec sa mère aussi bien verbalement que physiquement: “ tu es une ratée, une nullité”. Elle frappe sa mère. A. essaye de s’enfuir de chez elle par la fenetre; elle se fait mal et elle est amenée à l’hopital. Dès ce moment commence l’aide des services sociaux. Les parents s’accusent reciproquement de la situation: le père accuse la mère dìetre rigide et la mère accuse le père d’etre condiscendant vers A. Pour essayer de réduire la conflictualité ils trouvent des habitation separées: la mère avec sa tante schizophrenique et la grande mère maternelle (qui sont venue la rejoindre) et le père avec A. Ils font un travail de groupe chez le CPS pour 3-4 mois mais après ils disparaissent. Ils sont appellés par le tribunel ils reviennent encore mais après ils retournent à Catania où sur conseil du psychiatre de la tante maternelle ils essyent une thérapie familiale qui échouera. Quelque mois après ils retourneront à Reggio Emilia pour demander l’aide du CEIS pour les problèmes de toxicodépendance qui entre temps A. a commencé à avoir. Les parents décrivent D.G. comme un enfant avec pas beaucoup d’envie de s’appliquer. Quand il a 6 ans, les parents décident de se déplacer dans une autre village de la province de Reggio Emilia, suite à la cession d’une maison de la part de la grande mère paternelle. L’intégration de D.G. à l’école primaire est difficile, l’enfant est refusé aussi bien à l’école qu’en paroisse. La mère, qui maintenant prend congé car elle est enceinte, suit D.G. quand il fait ses devoirs, mais elle finit pour les faire à sa place. La dernière année du collège D.G. est recalé pour des actes de vandalisme et à l’école les sœurs ne le veulent plus. Il arrete de jouer à basket et les relations avec les amis et il passe tout son temps devant l’ordinateur. Le garçon devient violent aussi bine verbalement que physiquement avec la mère, alors que le père lui fait peur. G.C. dit d’écouter les murs qui lui parlent. Les parents decident de l’amener chez un psycologue et après un neuropsychiatre qui lui donne Zyprexa pour chercher à controler le début d’une trouble psycothique. Le garçons refuse d’assumer la medecine. Le père passe de moments de douleur à des moments de colère et il ménace le fils de le frapper s’il n’accepte pas de se faire soigner. Les grand parents paternels sont concernés pour voir si le garçons accepte leur aide mais G.C. devient agressif avec la grande mère aussi. Entre temps les parents commencent à participer à des groupes d’auto aide. Le but des parents est d’inserer le garçon dans une communauté thérapeutique pour personnes psychiatriques. A 14 ans, son père est tombé malade d’un cancer et 3 ans après il meurt. La douleur pour cette perte n’est pas exprimé, ni par le fils ni par la mère. En 2003 la mère découvre grace à l’entraineur que son fils fume des joints et elle demande l’aide du CPS. Pas longtemps après la situation empire et le garçon commence à etre violent aussi bin verbalement que physiquement: - il la pousse, il lui pointe un couteau à la gorge - il casse les portes - chantages morales, ménaces (“je te casse la tete”), offenses (“putain, va te faire foutre, je m’en fous de toi”) Il parait exister un fort lien entre la mère et le fils. Les maltraitences suivent les critiques de la mère sur le bas rendement du fils dans une école privée. Pendant le week end le garçon prend de la drogue (pastilles) En 2005 la mère dénonce le fils pour suspect de trafic de drogue; le fils est arreté et il rest en prison pour un jour. Elle s’est retrouvée veuve après pas beaucoup d’année et en 1990 elle se remarie; les deux autres fils naissent de ce mariage. En 1992-1993 les parents meurent à quelque mois de distance. A la suite de ces deuils elle a un effondrement psychologique et elle placée dans une structure à Monticelli. Histoire du couple Le couple se marie en 1990; en 1989 naît le premier fils A. et en 1997 naît le dernier. Le père est arrêté plusieurs fois et parait avoir des problèmes avec l’alcool. Ils se séparent en 2004 à cause des violences physiques que le mari exerce sur la femme (elle a vécu pendant quelque mois chez la Casa delle donne, structure d’accueil pour femmes qui subissent violence). Le mari est sommé. La famille est suivie par le services sociaux. La mère trouvera un soutien chez les voisins. La relation avec la fille aînée (née du premier mariage) est très conflictuelle; la fille pendant un période a été toxicomane et elle en est sortie toute seule. Au moment de la séparation de la mère du deuxième mari elle parait avoir eté du coté du mari. La fille dit que la mère n’a pas eté affectueuse avec elle et elle laisse imaginer que parfois la mère était violente avec elle. Histoire du mineur: A. ne voulait pas que le père soit chassé de la maison et il continuera à le voir en cachette. En même temps il commence à avoir des comportements de plus en plus violents vers la mère. La violence est aussi contre les objets et les choses. La fille -casse tout à la maison -pointe un couteau vers les parents. Histoire du couple: les parents viennent du sud, le père arrive au nord en 1967, la mère en 1983. les parents donnent beaucoup de valeur au fils aîné qui a eu son diplôme et a trouvé tout de suite un travail. Quand ils arrivent chez le CPS la relation de couple est compromise. Les parents donnent des motivations différentes et réagissent de façon différentes face au comportement de la fille, le père en particulier se met en colère pour les interprétations de « possession de la fille » de la mère. Histoire du mineur: D. se présente dès le début comme une fille fermée, introverti et agressive; elle montre des difficultés à socialiser avec le groupe des pairs dès petite. Après les premières années d’école primaire les parents décident d’amener D. chez une psychologue de l’USL, qui attribuera le comportement de la fille à trop de câlins reçus pendant l’enfance; ils iront chez cette psychologue 10 fois, ils arrêteront pour manque de confiance. Pendant le collège D. souvent n’ira pas à l’école sans l’autorisation des parents. En 2001, à la dernière année du collège elle entre dans une secte satanique; d’ici commencent les comportements violents. Au même temps il y a un envoi en Neuropsychiatrie, les parents y vont ème mais D. refuse. La 2 année de lycée quitte l’école et en 2004 elle commence à fréquenter des personnes plus âgées, elle ment, elle fume des joints et prend des pastille. A la maison elle casse tout et un jour pointe un couteau vers les parents qui appellent la police. Pendant la même année les parents demandent l’intervention des Assistants sociaux car la fille veut partir de chez soi; la fille une nuit fuit avec une amie. Dans cette occasion elle écriera une lettre à sa mère, en lui disant qu’elle ne peut pas vivre sans elle. Quand D. rentre à la maison elle agresse sa mère. D. confie à sa mère qu’elle « voit rouge et entend des voix à son intérieur qui lui disent quoi faire » et elle des manies de persécution. La mère pense qu’elle soit possédée par le diable et réagit à la violence de D. avec une attitude docile parce qu’elle a peur de la fille. Le père au contraire pense que la fille se drogue et il s’oppose à ses agressions en la frappant et avec une attitude autoritaire. Le frère dit que le père a raison et il réagit aussi aux agressions de D. En 2005 D. fera des colloques avec les opérateurs du CPS, ensuite, après une dernière discussion avec ses parents elle part de chez elle. Histoire du mineur: les parents décrivent A. dans son enfance comme une fille naïve, instinctive, impétueuse, qui fait confiance à tous, très disponible et qui se prend soin des autres. Elle n’a pas peur à socialiser. Les parents voudraient qu’elle soit plus circonspecte et attentive avec les personnes, comme sa soeur. Pendant la période du collège elle présente des troubles alimentaire. Elle commence le Lycée classique et à 15 ans elle commence à utiliser régulièrement l’hascish. Dès la 2ème année de Lycée elle commence à lancer le défi, elle devient trasgressive et elle a du mal à se controler surtout avec la mère. En 2004 elle connait un garçon beaucoup plus agé qu’elle qui se drogue (cocaine) et elle aussi commence à le faire de temps en temps, une fois elle essayera les amphetamines aussi. Les parents cherchent à la controler mais elle réagit en les provoquant et en les offensant, en ne voulant accepter aucune règle; le père réagit parfois en la frappant. En 2004 le rendement à l’école diminue mais en 2005 il améliore. Histoire de la mère: la mère a une mauvaise relation avec sa sœur dès petite. Sa soeur parait soutenir A., qui devient toujours plus arrongante, pour mépriser le role de mère de sa soeur. Histoire du couple: le père n’est pas italien et est né en 1947. la mère est italienne et elle est née en 1952. A. fait ses confidences au père et la mère l’accuse d’être trop permissif. Son père est envoyé en guerre et quand il revient pour rendre visite à la famille est déclaré déserteur et mis en prison. En prison l’arrière grand père de L. Meurt. L’arrière grande mère, quand le grand père de L. Avait 11 ans, est violée par un groupe de fascistes alors qu’elle était en train d’aller au cimetière; à cause de ça elle se pend. Le grand père de L. reste seul et il gardera son petit frère. Quand il grandit il est envoyé combattre en Russie et ici il tombe amoureux d’une partisane. Pour des problèmes de santé il rentre; il est détruit pour les atrocités qu’il a vu et il essaye de se suicider. En 1943 il se fiance avec sa future femme, avec laquelle il n’aura pas une relation passionnée. En 1950 ils se marient mais il continue à souffrir de dépression. Le grand père de L. ne veut pas d‘enfant mais N. naît (la mère de L., qui le tiendra en vie. Le grand père de L. sera plus une mère qu’un père pour cette fille et sa femme sera jalouse de cette relation entre père et fille. Quand elle grandit, N. tombe amoureuse du futur père de L., qui représentera pour elle la voie pour l’indépendance et l’autonomie. Cette indépendance ne sera pas atteinte, car quand ils se marient ils aménagent chez les parents de N. Histoire du couple: les parents de L. se marient en 1986. Leur relation a été explosive dès le début. En 1988 naît L. dans cette famille la violence est commise de la part du mari sur la femme N., de la parte du mari sur la fille et sur la femme quand elle intervient en secours de L. le père de L. est violent aussi vers la belle mère (il essaye de l’étrangler), après la mort du beau père. En 1993 il y a la séparation judiciaire entre les parents de L. Après cette histoire N. commencera une relation platonique avec un homme marié beaucoup plus âgé qu’elle, qui sera pour elle presque un père. Cet homme meurt dans un accident et N. aura un déprime et ne s’occupera plus de L. N. aura une autre relation de 2003 à 2006, terminée parce qu’elle comprend que le copain profitait d’elle. Histoire du mineur: après la séparation de ses parents L. se prend soin de sa mère. L. se sent déchirée par la loyauté vers sa mère, son père et sa grande mère maternelle. En 1999 meurt la grande mère maternelle. Dans la dernière période avent la mort de la grande mère, L. a été obligée de s’occuper d’elle, car sa mère ne pouvait pas le faire: elle est traitée comme un adulte. Après ce deuil L. commence ses violences physiques sur sa mère et sur les objets. L. n’arrive plus a satisfaire les exigences de sa mère qui a profité d’elle pour se faire soutenir dans les moments de difficulté. L. ne se maîtrise plus et le Tribunal des mineurs menace d’enlever l’autorité paternelle. En 2003 L. commence à se droguer et commence à être suivie par un psychologue. L. suit un bref parcours chez le SERT. En 2005 sa mère vient chez le CEIS pour résoudre le problème de toxicodépendance de la fille. L. vient à 2 rencontres puis elle a peur. Après avoir essayé toute solution la mère déclare son impuissance chez le Tribunal des mineurs: une instance urgente est présenté chez la Procura Minorile. L. est abattue car son père déclare de ne pas vouloir la prendre avec soi. On découvre que L. avait été arrêtée auparavant avec un repris de justice. Le SERT commence son intervention: on convient avec la mère un horaire de travail pour L.; L. sera obligée de faire régulièrement les examens des urines chez le SERT et elle suivra un programme thérapeutique. Pendant 6 mois tout marche bien, sauf les incompréhensions de L. avec sa mère à cause de la relation de celle-ci avec un homme marié. L. et son copain cessent leur relation et L. a une crise. Près de Noël L. recommence à passer la nuit hors de la maison, à se droguer et à boire et à avoir des rapports sexuels avec n’importe qui; son agressivité retourne et elle recommence à casser les portes. En janvier 2006 L. est frappée par son copain et va à l’hôpital; dans cette occasion L. frappe aussi le garçon et il parait que ait été elle à commencer le litige. La mère accueillie L. chez elle et leur relation semble améliorer. En juin 2006 la mère accueillie L. à travailler dans le restaurant. La situation améliore et L. a un nouveau copain. En 1983 il y a la diagnose de sclérose à plaque de la mère, cependant ils décident d’avoir un enfant. En 1985 naît G.R. qui présentera dès son enfance des problèmes: la diagnose est de ADDH à la limite, il prendra le Ritalin pendant 1 an et demi à partie de ses 11 ans. Selon le père le problème s’affaiblit à partir du lycée. En 2000 la mère revient en Italie pour se faire soigner, parce qu’au Canada les soins sont trop chers. En 2001 le père parle au fils de la maladie de la mère. Le fils atteint sa mère en Italie, alors que le père voyage entre l’Italie et le Canada. En Italie G.R. semble perdre ses sécurités: à Toronto il était dans l’équipe de hockey de l’école, ils faisait du sport et jouait de la guitare, en Italie il commence à fréquenter des mauvaises compagnies. Il est recalé dans 2 écoles publiques, il s’inscrit donc dans une école privée où il arrive à la quatrième année. Il y a 2 mois le père découvre que le fils fume de la cocaïne et de l’opium, après une discussion G.R. accepte de se faire aider et met sa mère au courant du problème. La famille vient chez le Ceis mais après quelque rencontres G.R. décide d’aller chez le Sert (méthadone). Le garçon commence à devenir agressif vers le père (il prend un couteau et menace de le tuer) depuis que le père commence à poser les limites aux subventions économiques et à la liberté. Le garçon crie contre son père il dit de le haïr de ne pouvoir plus le supporter. Vers la mère il devient insistant et offensif pour obtenir la disponibilité économique qu’il a eu auparavant. Selon la mère ce comportement est du aux provocations du mari qui insulte G.R., alors que selon le père il est du à son tentative de lui faire voir ce qui l’attend s’il ne se soigne pas. Entre les parents il y a une rupture non seulement comme parents mais comme couple aussi, depuis que la femme est invalide. Il ne sont jamais arrivés à parler du problème et de la douleur qui lui est liée. On suppose que le fils avec son symptôme (la toxicomanie) distrait sa mère de sa maladie et de la crise conjugale. L’agression entre père et fils semble due pour le père à l’obligation morale de rentre en famille, alors le fils devient l’exécuteur du rancœur de la mère vers son mari. S. coïncide avec le changement de travail du père, d’ouvrier à photographe. Dans cette période le père était pris par ses projets de travail qui le faisaient rester longtemps hors de chez lui. Quand il rentrait il était fatigué et les enfants le gênaient. Quand naît le deuxième fils la grande mère maternelle meurt, pour cet événement la mère tombe dans un déprime et n’arrive pas à s’occuper de M.S. quelque temps plus tard le grand père maternel meurt aussi: avec lui la mère di M.S. avait une relation conflictuelle et son sentiment de culpabilité empire la situation. Le père et M. se battent. L’interaction entre le père et le fils est très conflictuelle, tous les deux ont des pensées de persécution: « l’autre fait des choses pour te faire mal et seulement à toi ». le rapport de M. avec sa mère est plus instrumental. Tous le deux parents de M. S. n’ont pas eu de figure de géniteur de repère. Le père n’arrive pas à contrôler les impulses et a des problèmes avec les autorités. Les parents font confiance d’une manière absolue au petit fils, ils sont complices et justifient ses comportements. Le petit fils a été pendant quelques années un « ultras », en manifestant hors de la maison une forte agressivité qui lui a comporté une interdiction d’aller au stade. Les parents ne sont pas arrivé à défendre le petit fils des mauvaises compagnies, en accueillant chez eux des personnes plus âgées que lui qui se droguaient. Quand ils arrivent chez le CEIS, le père avait problèmes avec l’alcool et prenait le Zoloft. Histoire du mineur: le garçon commence à être suivi par un psychologue dès les premières classes de l’école primaire à cause de disputes avec les professeurs. La diagnose est DDAH. Le rapport avec le petit frère est très conflictuel, les parents défendent celui-ci. M.S. a du mal à avoir des relations avec le groupe des pairs et tend à choisir des personnes plus âgées comme amis. Pendant la première année de collège il suit une thérapie de comportement. Suivi par un psychiatre, à 13 ans il prend le RITALIN pendant un an et demi. Ensuite M.S. interrompe la thérapie et commence à utiliser la cannabis. Quelque mois plus tard il arrête la cannabis et il demande à nouveau le RITALIN. Le père est fils unique, il a 40 ans, il est ex toxico dépendant en abstinence depuis 7 ans, assistant dans un centre de psychothérapie. Les parents se connaissent en 1988, quand L. est en train de terminer le premier programme thérapeutique. L. a commence à prendre l’ héroïne et la cocaïne à 13 ans. Quelque mois après il commencent à vivre ensemble parce que M. est enceinte. La famille de L., la famille disponible qu’elle n’a pas eu, devient pour M. un point de repère stable pour le futur. La vie de couple est très orageuse pour l’infidélité suspecté de L. Dès ses premières années de vie, E.M. sera victime de violence assistée: litiges, menaces, agressions verbales et physiques, violences et menaces avec des armes de coupe entre les parents, mais aussi entre les grand parents et entre le père et le grand père. En mars 1992 la mère décide un avortement, à l’insu de son mari, en avant perdu tout espoir conjugale. De juillet 1992 à 1994, le couple séparé continue à a voir des rapports sexuels clandestins, qui s’interrompent quand M. découvre que L. va se marier. Le mariage de L. durera 5 ans et donnera vie à un fils, avec lequel E.M. aura un rapport initial de forte jalousie et compétition. Entre temps M. commence un concubinage, qui continue jusqu’à présent, avec C. un homme qui avait déjà été marié et avait 2 fils. Selon la mère, dès ses 3 ans E.M. était une petite femme, « elle prenait sa douche toute seule, à l’école elle s’organisait, elle était autonome, elle était une petite fille très obéissante », donc les parents n’avaient jamais eu besoin de la punir sauf la mère très rarement avec quelque petite fessée. Les problèmes commencent à 14 ans, quand finalement, après plusieurs essais, le père résout ses problèmes de drogue. E.M. rêve que ses parents reviennent ensemble, même parce qu’elle a compris l’attraction jamais morte de sa mère vers son père. De son coté la fille n’a jamais accepté le concubin de sa mère. On suppose que E.M. réalise son rêve en obligeant ses parents à rester ensemble. Pendant la première année de lycée elle présente les symptômes de boulimie nerveuse: elle se voit un peu charnue et elle commence un régime pour se sentir acceptée. Depuis 2004 elle suivra une thérapie, au début avec ses parents et ensuite toute seule. La thérapie aura plusieurs abandons. Le dernier essai a concerné seulement la fille, de janvier à mai 2007 et il n’a que pallié le problème, car selon la mère « le problème n’est pas résolu et quand il y a des difficultés E.M. devient destructive ». On suppose que les parents n’arrivent pas à prendre au sérieux les souffrances de E.M., donc la fille augmente les symptômes: à la trouble alimentaire s’ajoutent des formes de plus en plus graves de cleptomanie (elle sera arrêtée), l’utilisation de substances, des fuites rocambolesques de chez soi. Les parents s’activent seulement pendant les émergences mais dans quelque mois ils disparaissent. Le père est concentré sur sa vie sentimentale orageuse, la mère est engagée au début d’une activité avec son concubin. Leur conviction est que E.M. est adulte désormais donc elle doit se débrouiller toute seule. Actuellement les relations avec le père sont interrompus après un litige furieux ou le père chasse la mère et pour ne pas massacrer la fille prend une petite tasse et la brise. Les violences de E.M. avec sa mère, motivés par des prohibitions, sont: - poussées - malédictions et offenses « j’espère que tu meurs tôt, tu es une casse couille » - à 17 ans E.M. prend le volant quand la mère conduit et la mère répond en lui tirant les cheveux et en la bloquant, quand elles descendent de la voiture la mère la frappe. Le grand père paternel intervient en secours de la mère et prend E.M. par la gueule. Selon la mère E.M. commende à la frapper quand elle commende à fumer la cannabis et cocaïne. Les corps à corps sont arrêtés par le concubin de la mère qui bloque E.M. à terre. Le père, fils unique, policier de 51 ans, originaire de la Puglia, est venu à Reggio Emilia il y a 31 ans. Depuis 13 ans est orphelin de son père cardiaque depuis ses 22 ans. La mère, employée à la Poste, maintenant en retraite, 61 ans, originaire de l’Abruzzo, est venue à Reggio Emilia il y a 38 ans. Ils décident de vivre ensemble quand le père, venu depuis pas longtemps, connaît sa future femme, mère d’un enfant de 5 ans; il est un sauveur donc il s’en prend soin malgré l’opposition de sa famille. C’est une période difficile, l’intégration est difficile, ils se sentent refusés par tout le monde. Le couple avent d’avoir des enfants a la possibilité d’aménager à Pescara, en se rapprochant aux familles d’origine. La femme avait des doutes et des craintes par rapport à la réadaptation. Son fils s’opposa donc ils abandonnaient le projet, pour lequel aujourd’hui le mari et G.A. ressentent une grande nostalgie. Le père décrit G.A. comme un enfant qui depuis la crèche et l’école maternelle avait des comportements de défi vers les adultes, surtout vers le père devant les grands parents, surtout les grands parents paternels. G.A. est décrit comme un enfant à double personnalité, l’une douce et l’autre violente. Selon le père « G.A. semble avoir vécu dans une famille de délinquants, il défendait les faibles mais ensuite s’est transformé » Le récit de la mère (sans le père) est plus complexe et décrit le mari comme un père qui face à son impotence devient agressif et frappe G.A.; en 1-2 occasions l’agression est très violente, G.A. menace d’appeler la police et une fois à 8-9 ans il appelle le « Telefono Azzurro ». La mère craignait le moment où G.A., qu’elle considérait naïf, serait allé au lycée, car elle le voyait attiré par des garçons violents. A 14 ans en faite les défis deviennent des graves transgressions: il commence à abuser de stupéfiants; dans le domaine sexuel il expérimente sans protection tout genre d’expérience et promiscuité: rapports avec des prostitués, des transsexuels et homosexuelles. G.A. d’agressif devient violent, surtout vers le père, il le frappe (coups de pieds et claques) et s’acharne contre les objets chargés affectivement (tableaux, voiture). Le père semble avoir encaissé les agressions du fils, ensuite il se réagit. Avec la mère le rapport est de manipulation et de chantage: face aux reproches ou refus (d’argent ou de médecines), il menace de se suicider. En juillet 2005 il commence un programme thérapeutique, qu’il abandonne en décembre 2006. Il reprend les anciennes habitudes et il est subvenu hors de chez soi à condition de fréquenter les écoles le soir et de travailler. En juin 2007 G.A. suite aux graves conséquences, au niveau di cœur et des mouvements, d’un accident, rentrera en famille et comme un nouvel enfant il se laissera soigner par les parents. Actuellement G.A. est frustré par sa condition de dépendance physique et il manifeste son agressivité en accusant ceux qui ne respectent pas les règles, en donnant des coup de pied et de poing les portes et en disant « c’est une vie de merde, je veux mourir ». Histoire du mineur: le garçon est jaloux du frère aîné, le préféré par le père. Histoire du couple: les parents ont travaille comme professeurs jusqu’à 1992. ensuite ils ont commencé à travailler tous les deux dans l’entreprise de la famille de la femme. La fille aînée a été soignée par différents thérapeutes pour des attaques de panique. Elle n’a pas réussi à résoudre le problème, sauf à travers les médecines dont elle dépend. Le père et la fille cassent les portes quand ils se mettent en colère. Pendant un litige le père donne un coup de pied dans le ventre à M. Histoire du mineur: dès petit, M. est charrié par la famille (le grand père maternel, un oncle, le père et parfois la mère aussi) et par les amis pour son poids. A 12 ans il est harcelé par un travailleur de l’entreprise du grand père maternel. M. se confie avec un professeur, mais quand elle communique le fait aux parents il se rétracte et donc on ne lui croit pas. Il en parlera à nouveau aux opérateurs du CEIS suite au conseil de sa copine. A 14 ans il commence à se couper suite aux litiges avec sa sœur. Il commence à devenir agressif quand il décide de maigrir: en septembre 2005 il fait 115 kg, en mars 2006 il fait 65 kg. Dans cette période il se ferme, il ne mange plus à table avec sa famille. Il est agressif avec sa sœur et soi même. Il commence à être agressif avec la mère et le père aussi. Dans cette période la famille déménage et au même temps la sœur sort de la famille. M. dit d’être fâché avec ses parents parce qu’ils achètent la nourriture qui représente pour lui une tentation et parc qu’il pense qu’ils devraient l’aider à contrôler les comportement qu’il n’arrive pas à dominer. La mère dans cette période commence à dormir avec lui. Description du symptôme: violence physique et verbale vers toute la famille, la soeur (qui va à l’hopital), la mère et le père. Envoi : Don Giuseppe (à travers la paroisse d’appartenence) aux Ceis Situation: la mère vient chez le Ceis pour faire face aux problèmes dabus de cannabis de la part de son fils. Les parents étaient en thérapie de couple. La séparation semble inévitable à la mère. Elle a 3 fils: dont F. est l’ainé, l’autre A. d’11 ans a eté operé à 4 ans et demi au cerveau, il a par conséquence perdu la vue d’un oeil. Le petit fils D. a 8 ans. La mère G. A la mielophibrose, diagnostiquée en janvier 2005. Le mari nie la gravité du problème et la femme pendant une certain période protège sa famille avec son silence sur sa situation sanitaire. La situation familière s’est compliquée depuis quand le fils A. est tombé malade en 1998. Le soin du fils a obligé la famille è une séparation: F.T. est resté à la maison à la montagne avec son père alors que la mère était à Reggio Emilia avec les 2 petits fils, chez la grande mère pour être plus proche de l’hôpital. F. T. commence à fumer des joints en 2003 et est envoyé par l’école chez un psychologue de l’OPEN G. Seulement le père sait que F.T. fume des joints. Selon le père la cause des problèmes de F.T. est son mauvais rapport avec sa mère. Le psychologue dit que le garçon utilise les stupéfiants comme des médecines, il suppose une trouble alimentaire avec des manies obsessives concernant le corps. La séparation accroît le conflit, les rapports entre le père et F.T. deviennent toujours plus étroits tandis que ceux avec les petits fils deviennent plus faibles. Dès que la mère a su les problèmes d’abus de stupéfiants du fils aîné les rapports empirent et F.T. devient violent vers sa mère: une fois il lui casse le nez, une autre les cotes. Une troisième fois le fils sort de la chambre fâché, en criant « tu me rends fou », suite à une discussion violente avec sa mère à propos des stupéfiants. Dans cette occasion le père défend le fils et agresse la mère en la secouant et en cassant ses lunettes. Dans l’été 2005, suite au début des hospitalisations de la mère, F.T. confie à sa mère qu’il a arrêté la cannabis mais il a commencé tous les jours la cocaïne, qu’il s’est procuré avec un petit trafic de drogue. Il s’engage à en diminuer la quantité et demande à sa mère de contenir son anxiété en cherchant toujours de contrôler la situation. Le garçon est envoyé chez le Sert de son territoire et est diagnostiqué comme borderline. Les parents se séparent et F. T. décide de rester avec son père. La mère considère C.R. malchanceuse: fruit d’ un accouchement dystocique difficile et malformation de Arnold-Chiari di 1° type. C.R. a été victime d’une situation familiale difficile: la dépression de la mère (angoisse suite à un fort endettement de la famille), l’engagement émotif et matériel de la mère dans la maladie, soudaine et pénible, du père et ensuite le deuil pas élaboré. En concomitance avec l’endettement, le père de C.R. s’est dédié au travail et a délégué à sa femme l’éducation des fils. Dans cette période les litiges, les conflits ont commencé. C.R. pour être confirmée a cherché dans le succès et dans les prestations une visibilité. Les adultes, trompés par le pouvoir despotique de C.R. sur ses copains, l’ont isolée. A 9 ans, avec l’apparition des premières règles et les premiers évanouissements, à C.R. est diagnostiquée la malformation de Arnold-Chiari di 1° type. C.R. réagit à la maladie en intensifiant ses efforts agonistiques, dans le domaine scolaire et sportif: elle confie à son cahier de vouloir être toujours la meilleure. Entre temps une colère et un rancœur profond grandissent à son intérieur, au début avec les professeurs et les entraîneurs, pour des injustices présumées, ensuite avec le frère et enfin avec la mère. Le frère de C.R., qui entre temps a commencé à utiliser des stupéfiants, devient violent vers la mère et vers les objets (il casse les portes). Dans certains de ces épisodes C.R. est victime de violence assistée. Quand l’abus de stupéfiants empire, l’agressivité sera vers le père aussi. L’effondrement, au début du collège, sera soudain pour les parents. C.R. interrompe toute activité sportive et commence à utiliser des stupéfiants légers et se lie à un garçons toxicomane avec lequel elle commencera à prendre des stupéfiants plus lourds. Le rendement à l’école sera compromis au début du lycée: après le passage d’une école à l’autre, elle abandonne. C.R. commence les disputes en famille avec le frère; le prétexte était le rôle paternel qu’il voulait exercer su elle. Il s’agit de violence verbale et physique que la mère observe sans pouvoir intervenir. Avec sa mère C.R. est violente seulement à paroles, quand elle entend des refus et des restrictions à sa liberté personnelle, jamais expérimentés auparavant: elle se moque d’elle en la voyant pleurer « pleure, vas-y, appelle ton mari », elle l’insulte « tu ne comprends rien, tu dois te faire soigner », elle crie et menace de tuer la mère « si tu n’arrête pas je te tue », elle menace de se suicider « alors je me jette par la fenêtre » et elle l’agit. Avec le père il n’y a qu’un épisode de violence, il y a 4 ans à la découvert de la toxicomanie; il l’agresse physiquement (il fait sortir du sang de son nez); elle se rebelle « es-tu content ? penses-tu d’avoir obtenu quelque chose ? ». une fois le père aussi est menacé de mort. La mère vient d’un milieu social plus bas que celui di mari, elle se sent inférieure et fait face à ce sentiment en cherchant d’être une ménagère parfaite (en nettoyant d’une manière excessive les objets), d’être adoptée par la belle mère, en rivalisant avec son mari. En 1987 la ème mère a une crise pour une fausse couche au 5 mois de grossesse suite à une amniocentèse; elle fera un traitement psychiatrique pendant 8 mois. Avec la maladie de la grande mère maternelle le couple a une crise: le mari se retire de plus de plus en activité solitaires. La mère le décrit comme maniaco-dépressif. Il a été renvoyé de l’école parce qu’il a filmé et téléchargé sur un blog des photos compromettantes. Maintenant il fréquente une autre école privée mais son rendement est bas et son engagement aussi. La mère est complice de plusieurs méfaits qui sont caché au père. Description du symptome: violence physique vers le père par conséquence aux violences du père vers la mère; violence verbale vers la mère qui ne fait pas ce que A. voudrait. Histoire du couple: la relation entre les parents de A. est très conflictuelle, mais ils ne veulent pas se séparer. Tous les deux ont une relation irrésolue avec leur familles d’origine. La femme se confie avec sa soeur et non pas avec les parents, qui ont su de la toxicodépendance du gendre mais ne savent rien à propos de l’HIV. Quand la femme rentre du travail, elle demande des explications à propos du désordre qu’elle trouve à la maison; la fille et le père s’accusent réciproquement comme 2 enfants. La femme fâchée éloigne le mari qui cherche ailleurs (autres femmes ou objets) la satisfaction qui lui est niée par sa femme. Depuis des deuils dans leur familles d’origine (la femme a perdu son frère handicapé il y a 9 ans et le mari a perdu le père il y a 5 ans), le couple risque la dérive dépressive, car ils sont incapables de se soutenir et de s’aider réciproquement. Le mari tente un acting out et commence une relation extraconjugale. Le père est découvert par la fille et demande à sa femme de pouvoir rester en disant qu’elle est la seule femme qu’il ait jamais aimé, mais il ne veut pas été contrôlé et il ne donne aucune explication de son comportement. La situation se tend de plus en plus, les 2 arrivent à se frapper. Dans es situations A. défend sa mère et frappe son père. A. se déclare inquiète pour la violence de son père et est en colère avec sa mère qui est trop soumise au mari, donc elle la punit en aillant vivre avec la grande mère. A, tend à se faire maltraiter et tromper dans ses relations affectives. Histoire du mineur: A. est fille unique. Le père a été toxico dépendant et il est séropositif. Il a suivi un programme thérapeutique en 1993/1995 et il pariait n’avoir pas eu de rechute. Il a été enlevé à ses parents naturels, qui ne se sont jamais mariés et ne vivent pas ensemble, parce qu’ils avaient des problèmes psychiatriques et ne pouvaient pas s’occuper de l’enfant. Pendant longtemps ils ont rendu visite au fils régulièrement (1 fois tout les mois). Quand D. est placé il présente des graves problèmes de santé (asthme et manifestations psycho somatiques, il aura le control de l’ énurésie à 17 ans environ). La famille où il est placé avait une autre fille placée, plus âgée que D. quand D. a 18 ans environ, la famille adopte un autre enfant. Jusqu’à un an et demi avant, D. avait montré un caractère faible, il mentait, il était lent mais aussi bon et serviable à la maison. Il commence à devenir agressif vers le fils adopté par la famille et verso leur neveu. A l’école D. s’engage mais à la troisième année de l’école pour géomètre il commence à présenter des difficultés dans 2 matières. Il ne veut pas être aidé. En 2001, à 16 ans, D. présente son premier attaque d’épilepsie et en 2002 il a la 2ème crise. ème Dans cette période une amie à lui meurt. Après la 3 crise, il commence une thérapie pharmacologique. Quand vers la fin de 2003 les parents savent que D. fume du cannabis ils décident de se faire aider par le Ceis, où ils commencent un projet de soutien à la parentalité. Entre temps D. a des épisodes de violence vers la mère de la famille où il est placée : il lui casse le petit doigt de la main gauche pendant un corps à corps. Les parents commencent donc à imposer des règles plus sévères à D. et il décide de sortir de la maison. Il commence à être violent même hors de chez lui : il agresse un vieux homme dans le bus.
