Cabinet des Livres – 13000 ouvrages dont 1500 manuscrits & 500 incunables.
The Chateau shelters the most important collection of old paintings after the ones at the Louvre –
550 paintings, including 3 masterpieces of Raphael, Botticelli, Clouet, Delacroix, Fouquet, Poussin, Watteau ,
and one of the most beautiful collection of valued manuscripts in the Book Cabinet – 13 000 books, with 1500
manuscripts and 500 early printed books.
