As a part of the internet presentation of the
International Union of Notaries (UINL), Notarius
International now has also got a home page: www.notarius-international.uinl.org The home page is designed in
five languages – the same as in the printed version:
English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
1. Contents of the Home Page
The home page provides free online access to all articles published from issue 1/2001 onwards. All articles
may be searched either by edition or by search criteria
(continent or state, area of law, year of publication, section, author). We are still working on a more comprehensive search function which would allow a search also in
the full text.
Several hundred links to foreign law sources may be
found in the collection of foreign law links, sorted by
continent and country, containing in particular the text of
statutes or other information concerning the law of obligations, land law, family law, law of successions, company law and international private law.
In another section, you may find tables and world
maps, such as about the age of majority, marital property law or the law applicable to successions. These pages
have proved to be the most popular pages so far.
Also, we are still working on legal briefs about individual countries, in particular concerning family law and
the law of successions. Right now, we have included just
a few drafts to give an idea of what we are working on.
2. Use for the notarial practice and comparative legal
research
The new home page aspires to assist the notarial practice as well as scientific comparative legal research.
First access numbers show a rising interest – obviously
not only among notaries, but also in countries without
civil law notaries.

Dans le cadre de la présentation de l'UINL sur Internet,
un site web a également été créé pour Notarius
Le site web contient le plein texte de tous les articles
publiés depuis 2001. Les recherches peuvent se faire à
travers la table des matières ou un moteur de recherche
(selon les critères suivants : continent/pays, domaine juridique, année de publication, rubrique, auteur).
Actuellement, nous sommes en train d'élaborer une autre
fonction de recherche plus confortable qui permette également une recherche plein texte.
Le recueil de liens par ordre de continents et de pays
comporte plusieurs centaines de liens au droit étranger,
notamment des liens de textes de lois ou de présentations
du droit contractuel, immobilier, du droit de la famille,
des successions, des sociétés ainsi que du DIP.
Dans la partie ‚Courtes informations sur le droit étranger', on trouve des aperçus tabellaires et des mappes
mondes, p.e. sur l'âge de la majorité, les régimes matrimoniaux, la loi applicable en matière successorale. Ces
sites ont été consulté le plus souvent jusqu'à présent.
Sont encore en phase de préparation de courtes présentations de différents pays, portant notamment sur le
droit de la famille et le droit des successions.
Actuellement, nous avons publié les premiers projets de
ces sites à titre d'exemple.
2. Utilité pour la pratique notariale et le travail scientifique en matière de droit comparé
Le site web est censé servir à la pratique notariale et
au travail scientifique en matière de droit comparé.
Les premiers nombres de visites du site montrent un intérêt croissant, apparemment non seulement chez les notaires, mais également dans les pays sans notariat latin.

Im Rahmen des Internet-Auftritts der UINL ist nun
auch Notarius International mit einer Homepage vertreten: www.notarius-international.uinl.org. Die Homepage ist in fünf Sprachen gestaltet – ebenso wie das gedruckte Heft: Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch
und Spanisch.

1. Inhalt der Homepage
Die Homepage enthält alle seit dem Jahr 2001 erschienenen Artikel im Volltext. Eine Suche ist entweder
über das Inhaltsverzeichnis oder in einer Suchmaske
möglich (nach den Kriterien Kontinent/Land,
Rechtsgebiet, Erscheinungsjahr, Rubrik, Autor). Wir arbeiten derzeit an einer komfortableren Suchfunktion, die
auch eine Volltextsuche ermöglichen wird.
Die nach Kontinenten und Ländern geordnete
Linksammlung enthält mehrere hundert Links zum ausländischen Recht, insbes. auf Gesetzestexte oder
Darstellungen zum Vertrags-, Immobilien-, Familien-,
Erb- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie zum IPR.
In dem Teil mit Kurzinformationen zum ausländischen
Recht finden sich tabellarische Übersichten und
Weltkarten, etwa zu Volljährigkeitsalter, Ehegüterrecht
und Erbstatut. Diese Seiten wurden bisher am häufigsten
abgerufen.
Noch in Vorbereitung sind Kurzdarstellungen einzelner Länder, insbes. zum jeweiligen Familien- und
Erbrecht. Hier sind erste Entwürfe vorerst nur als
Beispiele eingestellt.
2. Nutzen für notarielle Praxis und rechtsvergleichende wissenschaftliche Arbeit
Die neue Homepage soll sowohl der notariellen
Praxis wie der rechtsvergleichende wissenschaftlichen
Arbeit dienen. Erste Zugriffszahlen zeigen ein steigendes Interesse, offenbar nicht nur bei Notaren, sondern
auch in Ländern ohne lateinisches Notariat.

stato creato anche un sito web per Notarius International:
www.notarius-international.uinl.org. Il sito web si presenta in cinque lingue - come la rivista stampata: inglese,
francese, tedesco, italiano e spagnolo.

Il sito web contiene il testo pieno di tutti gli articoli
pubblicati dal 2001 in poi. Le ricerche possono effettuarsi mediante l'indice o un motore di ricerca (secondo i
criteri seguenti: continente/paese, ambito giuridico, anno
della pubblicazione, rubrica, autore). Attualmente, stiamo
elaborando un'altra funzione di ricerca più confortabile
che permette anche una ricerca a testo pieno.
La raccolta di legami in ordine di continenti e paesi
comporta parecchi centinai di legami al diritto straniero, in particolare legami di testi di legge o di presentazioni del diritto contrattuale, immobiliare, del diritto della famiglia, delle successioni, delle società nonché del
DIP.
Nella parte ‚Brevi informazioni sul diritto straniero', si
trovano tavole e mappe del mondo, p.e. sull'età maggiore, i regimi patrimoniali, la legge applicabile in materia
successoria. Questi siti sono stati visitati più spesso finora.

Sono ancora in fase di preparazione brevi presentazioni di diversi paesi, riguardante in particolare il diritto
della famiglia e delle successioni. Attualmente, abbiamo
pubblicati primi progetti di questi siti a titolo d'esempio.
2. Utilità per la pratica notarile e il lavoro scientifico
in materia di diritto comparato
Il sito web è suscettibile servire alla prassi notarile e
al lavoro scientifico in materia di diritto comparato. I
primi numeri delle visite del sito dimostrano un interesse
crescente, apparentemente non solo della parte dei notai,
ma anche della parte dei paesi senza notariato latino.

Como parte de la presentación en Internet de la UINL,
también Notarius International está presente con su propio sitio web: www.notarius-international.uinl.org. El
sitio web está conformado en cinco idiomas, al igual que
la revista impresa: Inglés, francés, alemán, italiano y español.
1. Contenido del sitio web
El sitio web contiene el texto íntegro de todos los artículos aparecidos desde el año 2001. La búsqueda es
posible bien a través del índice de materias o bien utilizando la opción de búsqueda (por criterios:
continente/país, sector jurídico, año de publicación, rúbrica, autor). En estos momentos estamos trabajando en
una función de búsqueda más cómoda que facilitará también la búsqueda del texto íntegro.
La recopilación de enlaces (links) ordenada por continentes y países contiene varios cientos de enlaces con el
Derecho extranjero, en particular con textos legales o
con notas sobre derecho mercantil, inmobiliario, de familia, de sucesiones y societario y sobre DIP.
En la sección con breves informaciones sobre el
Derecho extranjero encontrará cuadros sinópticos y mapas del mundo, por ejemplo, sobre edad para la mayoría
de edad, régimen de bienes en el matrimonio y estatuto
sucesorio. Estas han sido las páginas consultadas con mayor frecuencia.
Se encuentran todavía en fase de preparación Breves
comentarios sobre países, en particular sobre el
Derecho de familia y de sucesiones Se están presentando
los primeros borradores a título de ejemplo.
2. De utilidad para la práctica notarial y para trabajos sobre Derecho comparado
El sitio web tiene por objeto apoyar a la práctica notarial como a trabajos científicos sobre Derecho comparado. Los primeros datos sobre visitas al sitio web
muestran un interés creciente - obviosamente no sólo por
parte de los Notarios sino también desde países sin notariado latino.
