Poste et missions:
Within the Process & Productivity Improvement Organization in the Getafe Plant, you will contribute in the performance
management of the Getafe Plant contributing to the plant targets achievements.
In this context, your main activities will include
¤Contribute to Resources Management activities (scenarios, monitoring and reporting), and ensure consistency of competences.
¤Deploy Action Plans per profession and competence to assure robust long-term plan
¤Analysis of Key Performance Indicators to assure early alert and propose associated improvement actions.
¤Alignment of KPIs across all DG organization
¤Strong contribution to the following projects:
¤ANDON Performance Measurement
¤Project Management in DG.
Profil:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
¤Graduates in Business Management, Economics or Engineering.
¤Management and technical orientation.
¤Negotiation level of English.
¤Negotiation level of Spanish.
¤Proficient use of Office Suite (Excel/Powerpoint)
