The conditions of prices, stay, and responsibilities or other enquiries need to be resolved by the owners such as : linendrapery, kitchen ustensil.

• Please, enclose a stamp for reply.
The deposit guarantees the hiring and price. A refund can be possible only :
• if the renter can bring the proof of the non-execution of the contract by the owner
• if the contract hasn’t been executed by the owner (description of the hiring and the equipment)
• In case of major reason (death, illness…)
An inventory of fixtures should be done before getting in.
Visitor’s tax depends on the classification. It’s calculated per day and per person.
The owners of guest houses who benefit from a classification may rent a part or all their property in “furnished flat of tourism” weekly.

• Wenn die Wohnung der Beschreibung nicht entspricht.
• In unvorhersehbaren Notfällen (Todesfall, ernste Krankheit)
Vor Abschluss des Mietvertrages muss der Vermieter dem Mieter eine detaillierte Beschreibung über die möblierte Wohnung aushändigen.
Die Höhe der Kurtaxe richtet sich nach der Klassifizierung der Unterkunft und wird durch eine städtische Verordnung festgelegt. Sie wird pro Person und pro Tag
berechnet.

Il deposito di una caparra è richiesto come garanzia per l'esecuzione del contratto di affitto e per il prezzo di quest'ultimo. Il rimborso è previsto unicamente nei casi
in cui:
•il cliente presenti prove per cui la non esecuzione del contratto non abbia causato alcun danno al proprietario
• il contratto non sia stato eseguito correttamente da parte del proprietario (descrizione delle condizioni del contratto di affitto e del materiale non conforme)
• per cause di forza maggiore (decesso, grave malattia)
Prima del soggiorno dovrà essere redatto un inventario completo di tutti i mobili e gli accessori presenti nella proprietà che attesti inoltre il loro stato di utilizzo.
L'ammontare della tassa di soggiorno viene deciso in base alla classificazione del contratto di affitto ed é calcolato per giorno e per persona.
