Walt Disney World College Program Recruits at SUNY Potsdam Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Human Services Division Position: Supported Work Coordinator Supported Employment Description: The Supported Work Coordinator will focus on job development in the community by working closely with employers to locate suitable job sites for consumers. The Supported Work Coordinator will provide employment readiness training to consumers. The Supported work Coordinator will work closely with and will supervise the Job Coaches in the community. He/she will ensure follow up with employers, monitors progress and advise the Job Coaches regarding the individual's needs as it relates to the IPE. Qualifications: Associated Degree in Human Services and one year of experience working with people with disabilities OR related fields plus two years related experience OR high school diploma/GED with three years of work experience in related field. Must posses excellent verbal and written skills, strong leadership skills, and ability to work well with community. Valid NYS Driver's License. Rent payments, which include all utilities and transportation to and from work, are deducted from the students weekly pay check. The term of the positions will be six months, with possibility of extension.
