Rules
Conditions
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or refund and cannot be sold to another person, partly or
entirely. However, it can be transferred to another person. The winner must advise the Association
touristique régionale de la Gaspésie if he does so.
Gift certificates are valid from June 15 to July 21 2017 and from August 15 to September 15 2017.
Extensions will not be allowed; vacation must be taken during the given dates. However, note that some
of the gift certificates included in the prize may not be valid during the entire periods mentioned above.
Some gift certificates are valid upon reservation only and according to availability. The winner is
responsible for making his own reservations.
If the company cannot provide the winner with the pre-established prize, in the event of a natural
catastrophe or any out of control situation, the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie will
provide the winner with an equal product. The winner must accept all alternate solutions proposed to
him.
The contest takes place from June 24 to September 1 2016 at 8:59 pm.
Winner selection and draw date
Every tourist information and welcome bureaus of the Gaspésie will send all completed participation
forms to the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie at: 1020, boulevard Jacques-Cartier, MontJoli, Québec, in order to proceed to the draw. The winning participation form will be drawn among
every valid participation forms received during the contest dates. The draw will take place on
September 14 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie.
The winner’s name will be published on September 15 2016 at 10:00 am on our website:
www.gaspesieiloveyou.com. The winner will be notified over the phone by Ms Viviane Roussel. If need
be, they then can reach her at the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie at 1 800 463-0323,
extension 222, in order to have more information about the prize.

All participation forms must be completely filled in an information or welcome bureau before
September 1st 2016 at 8:59 pm to be accepted. Here are the participating information and welcome

Only one participation form per postal address, per information or welcome bureau will be accepted.
General conditions
The contest is open to all people aged of 18 years old or over. Real first name, last name, address, town,
postal code and phone number must be written on the participation form. People using a fake name, a
lucky charm name, the name of a person aged less than 18 years old or any substitution name will not
be able to benefit parts or the entire offered prize.
The winner agrees by his participation to the contest to the diffusion of his name and picture for
publicity purposes without any other retribution than the prize itself.
The sponsors of the contest are allowed to remove any suspicious or duplicate participation form.
People who benefit from this contest cannot be held responsible for the non respect of the preestablished prize if a situation independent of their control, natural disaster, strike or other labor
conflict occurs in any of the organization concern by the contest.
Employees of the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie, of the information and welcome
bureaus and their managing enterprises are not eligible to the contest as well as people living at the
same address as them.
The Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie discharges itself from any responsibilities related to
the transfer problem of any participation form.
Disagreement regarding the organization or the running of a publicity contest can be submitted to the
Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in order to be solved. Disagreement regarding the granting of a
prize can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only in an attempt to find an
agreement.
Fees related to this contest under the act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement
machines have been paid.
