Zusammenfassung:
Luca Stacchi aus Cresciano betreibt über seine Firma TILISTDIT sagl. mehrere Webseiten
mit Auskünften zu Hotels, vorwiegend Anbieter aus Italien und aus der Schweiz. Seit
mindestends 2004 verschickte er mehrmals massenhaft unverlangte Werbe-Emails (sgn.
SPAM) mit Informationen zu solchen Hotels. Die Spam-Mails enthalten einen Verweis auf
eine Internetseite, wo unter Angabe von eigenen Daten (Name, Vorname, Adresse, Email,
Telefonnummer) weitere Informationen zum entsprechenden Hotel angefordert werden
können.
Aus dem (nur indirekt zugänglichen) sgn. Quellcode der entsprechenden Internetseite wird
aber deutlich, dass diese Adressangaben versteckt auch an die Firma TILISTDIT sagl
geschickt werden: Herr Stacchi sammelt auf diese Weise Adressen von HotelInteressierten.
Gemäss Angaben im Blog der Vereinigung von InternetnutzerInnen im Tessin (ADISI)
wurde Luca Stacchi für sein Vorgehen des «Google Bombing» inzwischen offenbar mit
einer sgn. «Google Death Penalty» bestraft, d.h. seine Seiten werden von der
Suchmaschine Google nicht mehr angezeigt.

Ausführlichere Informationen:
A travers la Tilstdit sagl. et toute une série de sites où les annonces des clients sont
reproduites, Luca Stacchi dit proposer une promotion sur internet de type "Google
Bombing" (résultant en fait en un "Google Death Penalty").
Une fois par an, depuis 2004, il spamme la Suisse italienne et peut-être d'autres régions
pour faire connaître ses produits. Les annonces des clients sont placées sur une série de
sites (voir "Quellen..." ci-dessous enregistrés par "Tilistdit di Stacchi Luca", selon les whois
fait sur leurs noms de domaine. Chacune est pourvue d'un formulaire de "demande
renseignements auprès de la structure" où la personne intéressée est invitée à saisir en
autres les données suivantes: nom, nom de famille, tél, email. Quand la personne, croyant
écrire à l'hôtel, envoie le formulaire, il génère automatiquement un e-mail envoyé à
[email protected], c'est-à-dire à la société de Luca Stacchi.

Il en va de même pour toutes les annonces placées sur tous les sites-portails enregistrés
par Luca Stacchi (cités sous "Quellen"): seul le nom du portail dans la ligne objet de l'email change.
C'est pourquoi je voudrais proposer Luca Stacchi, de la TILISTDIT Sagl, et titulaire des
portails hotelineuropa.ch, http://www.hotelsitalia.net, prenotazionihotel.org,
http://www.prenotazionihotel.net pour un Big Brother Award dans la catégorie Business.
Autre motif: le pluralisme culturel helvétique. En effet, la Suisse italienne me semble sousreprésentée dans les nomination pour les Big Brother Awards ;-)
