Résumé du Poste :
Accountable to minimize the Business risk of not achieving the Service Quality targets set up by
internal and external stakeholders.
Controls, and Supports the network investments and operations to ensure that the desired Service
Quality is offered to Airtel Customers at an optimized CAPEX / OPEX.
Principales Tâches :

Govern the delivery of the DTBM measurements by the MS Partner / 3rd Party. Ensure that
actions are taken by the NW team / MS Partner to improve the DTBM KPIs.
Ensure that all NW Reports – MAPA, NW Utilization, others are generatedin time and with
re required accuracy.
Maintain a good level of understanding of the NW-related part of the contracts with
suppliers (MS and others).
Support all the stakeholders with the understanding of the NW part of the contracts
Discuss and align the MIS and KPIs with the MS Partner and other suppliers.
Ensure that actions are taken by the NW team to reduce the Regulatory Risks.
Support the Regulatory Management agenda with NW insights.
Govern the delivery of the TSG Group
Sort, close / forward the customer complaints. Ensure the closure within the SLAs.
Analyze the trends and propose actions to reduce the number of customer complaints
Qualifications et Expérience requises :

Bachelor of Electrical /Electronic Engineering or Telecoms Engineering (Masters Degree in
Engineering is a plus)
Good knowledge of Mobile Network Operations. Knowledge of Design and Planning is a
plus.
Team Management skills.
Analytical and Presentation skills
10-12 years of varied experience in operation and maintenance in the Telecom industry
5 - 8 years managerial experience in a GSM/mobile company
3 - 5 years senior management experience in an area of network operations
Entrepreneurial disposition in decision making and managing resources
Logical decision making abilities
Flexible and dedicated
Ability to innovate and deliver value to business
Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to effectively deliver on service level agreements
Ability to motivate and lead both internal and external partners
Impeccable integrity and character
